Whiting Auction

Review: I contacted [redacted] a few weeks ago regarding sending him a saddle for the upcoming tack auction. He had said he would be happy to have it. I was left with the impression that it would sell and be sold, that there would not be a problem. Since then I mailed him the saddle and received a call that these "kind" of things are difficult to sell. I had felt comfortable sending it to him based on our first contact and the "look" of the website. It gave me the impression of professional quality and versatility with horses. He has since told me he almost don't sell these things at all and to expect less than $100.00. The saddle is obviously worth more than $100.00. It is not a no name brand or quality.Desired Settlement: I would like the saddle to be returned to me if there is not going to be a buyer interested or he doesn't expect to have that type of customer attend his auction as he has advertised. I wanted the saddle shipped back to me, postage paid. I feel I'm losing valuable time in selling it at another place. And reimbursement of the 37.00 I paid to send it to the auction.
