Review: I would not recommend using them, for SEVERAL different reasons, I got married on May 10, 2014. We did a package for engagement pictures & wedding day. She never contacted me about the engagement pictures till 8:30 the night before she wanted to do them, when I had advised we would need to know because of work schedules, if couldnt work something out for a weekend. So we weren't able to have our engagement pictures done, the day she wanted. They meet me at the location of the wedding to see where it was and what it looked like, we talked about pictures I wanted done & I even showed pictures on my Ipad. Only two were done that I requested, out of probably ten. We didnt see each other again till the night of rehearsal, so they could see the lighting since it was to be dim. They asked if they could bring in something to help with lighting in the pictures. I told them they could do whatever they needed to do because they knew what they needed & I was fine with it. Which they ended up not bringing to help with lighting.I paid them the full amount that night, and we talked about doing engagement pictures once we got back from the honeymoon. They were late to the wedding therefore I feel like picture opportunities were missed, I DO NOT have a picture with my mother, on my wedding day, he don't have a picture with his mother. There were no traditional pictures taken. Both families together, Rings, HIS FACE WHEN HE SEES ME for the 1st time.. [redacted] no. Who doesnt take these pictures. & claim to be a professional. In the picture with my family, my sister was left out. & we were not in a big area, our wedding & reception were in the same location. Every picture looks rushed. They had a prom to shoot that afternoon as well, I honestly wish they would've told me they couldnt do our wedding pictures for the result that we got, the way we were treated & rushed. When we got the disc, we were beyond shocked because all pictures have horrible shading & spacing with our wedding party & families. Its horribleDesired Settlement: I feel like a full refund would be comp able so that we can hire another photographer & finally have a chance to have engagement pictures done & since the wedding has already happened, we would just have the new photographer take several shots, I would pull my dress back out, put it on & have pictures in my gorgeous dress with my husband!!
