There was nothing saying there was a delay due to moving on the websiteIn addition I just received a message from someone named "***" from whittle saying that the reason I didn't receive any train was there was a delay in the wood shipmentdifferent explanations why I never received anythingAs of yet I have still not received anything, due to the different explanations and still not receiving any product but the money was deducted over a month agoI do not feel comfortable closing this complaint until either I have received what I was charged and ordered over a month ago for, or refunded the money

There was nothing saying there was a delay due to moving on the website. In addition I just received a message from someone named "[redacted]" from whittle saying that the reason I didn't receive any train was there was a delay in the wood shipment. 2 different explanations why I never received anything. As of yet I have still not received anything, due to the 2 different explanations and still not receiving any product but the money was deducted over a month ago. I do not feel comfortable closing this complaint until either I have received what I was charged and ordered over a month ago for, or refunded the money.
