This is a blatant lie as shown through the papers provided. The contract was for $999.00  We paid a total of $1.165.00
This is not the terms of the contract. See [redacted] email provided by WHL.
They said the balance was $800.00
They told the drivers we owed $950.00  We paid an additional $950 to get our car.
These people are liars and crooks, they owe us $150.00 or the complaint stands.

Review: WHL Logistics Trucking[redacted]These people are crooks and liars. They sent me a contract for shipping my car and quoted a price. We agreed on the transaction. However, the driver never showed up. They gave us no contact info for the driver and we waited all day, calling numerous times and sending emails with no answer. Finally, they sent an email, five hours later and said the drivers would come the next day.The next day the drivers came and were very nice. However, the brokers lied to them and told them we owed more than we agreed upon. I showed them the contract and the drivers said they would talk to the company and the car would arrive in 3-5 days. Now 7 days later, they are trying to charge us an EXTRA $150.00 to get our car. They totally DISREGARDED THE CONTRACT, even though it is in writing and will NOT PAY the driver. So we are stuck negotiating with the Transport Company to get our car.Desired Settlement: $150.00 Cash Reimbursement

Review: On 10/16/14 I signed a contract to have a vehicle transported from[redacted], VA to California. On the contract it stated that the total cost of transport was $925.99, with an initial deposit of $199.99 and the remaining balance of $726 due upon delivery of vehicle. [redacted] assured me that there were no hidden fees or extra transport costs for bridge tolls, mileage or gas. After several emails and phone calls we proceeded with the transport. On 10/23/14 I received an email from her stating that the vehicle would be delivered on 10/27/14 and I would have to pay the driver $1,200. This would make the total paid $474 over the agreed upon contract. I emailed her that she must have me confused with someone else's contract and her response was, "I'm not confused." I emailed her again that I wanted a phone call from her because I believed she was not truthful in honoring our contract. Her response was, "I will call you." She never called me or answered my numerous phone calls. I was unable to leave a message because her voice mailbox was full and not accepting any further messages. The vehicle was delivered and the driver stated that she would not answer any of his calls either. The driver was contracted to be paid $1,200 and would not release my vehicle until paid in full. I paid the $1,200 to the driver who told me that the company I used was brokers and this is a common occurrence. I paid a total of $1,399.99 for a contract of $925.99. An over charge of $474. I feel lied to and scammed.Desired Settlement: I have a copy of my contract and all emails. I want a refund of the $474 that I was forced to over pay.

Review: [redacted] from WHL logistics drew up an auto delivery quote and contract to be shipped through [redacted](540-764-0169. The all inclusive contract(all taxes and fees included per contract) was for $599.00. I made a deposit of $215(tax was added to the $199 for some reason). At 11:40pm the day before the car was to be delivered I received an email stating that I had to pay the driver $675 cash. [redacted] sent my calls right to voicemail when I tried to speak with her the following morning to try to straighten everything out. At about 10:30 she sent me a text stating that the driver was 30min from the delivery point. At 11:43 the driver showed up at my door demanding $675... I tried to call [redacted] at WHL logistics again and it went to voicemail(which was full) she answered right away when the driver called. She said: "Look, do you want your car or not...you are being rude holding up the driver. If you want your car give him the cash, if not he'll leave with it."I told her that was theft and she pretty much extortion... She said something about me being nuts and then said I was out of luck and if I wanted my car I had to fork over the extra money. I called the [redacted],. and they sent an officer to help out... He read the contract and said it was a civil matter, but I wasn't going to let the driver leave with my car...and here in FL we have rights to protect our property...After 2.5hrs and 5+ calls to the owner of [redacted], WHL Logistics and with the cops there [redacted] agreed to deposit $290 in my checking acct ($215 for the deposit and the $75 difference in the quote)I haven't seen the money deposited as of yet, so we'll see. The entire ordeal was one of the worst business experiences I have ever encountered... You know it's bad when you have to have a 9mm at your side and cops to get what the business guaranteed.Desired Settlement: [redacted] from WHL Logistics said she would deposit $290 into my checking account immediately and I would see the credit within minutes on my online banking. I have not seen this credit or received an emailed receipt.

Review: I was moving from [redacted] and I inquired on a website for vehicle transportation quotes. The exact website is unknown. I was solicited by several companies through telephone (calls and text) and email. [redacted] from Big Tyme contacted me through telephone text messaging on November 19, 2014. I was given a price of $1000 dollars to have two vehicles transported ([redacted]). This price is similar to other quotes I received. I decided to choose Big Tyme to transport my vehicles.

On Novembor 24th I was instructed by [redacted] to talk to [redacted] to process the delivery. I spoke with [redacted], agreed to have my vehicles picked up Jan 3, signed a contract, and mailed a deposit for $375 to [redacted]. The remaining would be paid upon delivery.

I sent a text message to [redacted] on January 2nd to determine time of pickup from origin (Chino, CA). She told me the vehicles would be picked up between 1 and 3 pm. I waited at my property at the directed time and nobody showed up to transport my vehicles.

I called and sent text messages to [redacted] with no answer or reply. I wrote [redacted] an Email January 6 requesting a refund as I had to find other means of transporting my vehicles. I explained in the email where to send the check.

I called [redacted] January 8 requesting her to mail me my deposit amount. She told me she would mail out the deposit on Friday.

On Thursday January 15 I suspected the check was not mailed out as it has not been delivered yet. I tried texting and calling [redacted] with no avail. I decided to contact [redacted], the person who directed me to talk to [redacted] in the first place. I sent a text message to 540-764-0169, the original number that I was contacted from. He told me that he would look into the situation.

On January 16 I contacted [redacted] (through text message) to inquire on the status of my deposit refund. He said he would mail the deposit back the next day as [redacted] did not mail the check. I contacted [redacted] on January 19 (through text message) asking if he sent the check. He did not answer.

On January 23 I called [redacted] and he did not answer. I followed up with a text message with no answer.Desired Settlement: Return Deposit amount of $375 sent to S[redacted]. Check to be sent out as soon as possible.

Review: I'm an active duty service member and I have recently been stationed in[redacted]. I contacted WHL Logistics to have my car shipped to Hawaii. I spoke with [redacted] about the shipment, she told me that they would pickup and ship my car to Hawaii on August 20th 2014. I paid a processing fee of $385.00. I called [redacted] the day of pickup to see what time they would arrive to get the car. I was told approximately 3:00pm, I waited till about 4:30pm and no one came. I tried to call [redacted] back to tell her that no one arrived but no one picked up the phone. I have called numerous time and still no one picked up the phone. I left her a email on September 22nd 2014 explaining the issue and I still haven't received any call or email from her. I had my uncle [redacted] call her since I am now in [redacted] and she spoke with him, she told him how she was on vacation and the truck broke down while on the way to get the car, she also said that someone will come pick up my car on september 24th at approximately 11:00 am. Meanwhile I still have been trying to get in contact with her and I still have not received any calls back. My uncle called her back and she has not pick up his calls since he initially called her. I paid a fee and didn't received any service. Till this day she has not called me back or answered any of my calls. I would like a refund and to report this company.Desired Settlement: Full refund
