Placed an order a month ago, still has not shippedThe company has only responded to of my e-mailsAll it said was "shipping ASAPPlz be patient." They also do not respond to FB posts or messagesNo response to my IG message, that was "seen." Although they did request to follow meSo they are seeing all of my complaints and do not care to answer

I bought a $70 bra and panty set from Who Cares NYC. The quality of the product was terrible and even worse the material gave me a terrible rash, which will not go away.
I contacted Who Cares NYC about the horrible reaction I had to their clothing and they will not respond.
For the amount of money I spent I expect to receive good quality clothing, but all I got was a rash.

Review: I ordered a clothing item from this online store in November of 2012. It was quite expensive- about $80 with shipping. I received it in the mail and it was of horrible quality- ink/paint all over it and it did not fit as advertised. I contacted the store and they told me to return it for an exchange. I sent it back (on my own dollar, even though it was defective) and she sent me another item- this time it was still of terrible quality. I was extremely upset at this time and attempted to exchange it for a different item by sending it back with a note saying which item I wanted (on my own dollar, AGAIN). The package came back to me 'return to sender' and I did not have enough money to send it back for the third time until a couple weeks later. By this time I had spent over $120 and STILL have not received any item. I finally sent the defective item back, only to receive an e-mail stating that, 'As our website states, we only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery... If you have an issue in the future please contact us via phone or email since we offer complimentary exchange tables.' This is all a lie because there is NO phone number anywhere on the site, and they never offered to pay the return shipping. I replied to this email explaining this whole situation on July [redacted], indicating which item I wanted in exchange even though it was much less in value than my original order, and over 1 month later I still have not received anything! Basically this woman, [redacted] has stolen $120 from me. She is running a bogus business with false advertising out of her apartment. I either need a FULL refund including return shipping costs, or she needs to send me items equivalent to that. I would much prefer a full refund of my money because I do not wish to advertise such an awful company. I provided my cell phone number in place of the companies on this form because they do not provide their number.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND of the original cost of product ($78) plus three return shipments ($15 each- low cost estimate) for a total of $123.

Response:

We believe that their was miscommunication as our website clearly states that all our items are hand made and that we accept exchanges on all items except bodysuits. We are sorry that the quality of our items are not up to par with the complainant, but that is a risk we believe the buyer is willing to take when purchasing hand-made items. We are a small two person ran company and an intern at the time must have provided wrong information to [redacted] since we are not allowed to accept exchanges on bodysuits. We are sorry about the miscommunication and will make an exception to refund the buyer via PayPal for the purchased amount. In order to receive a refund on shipping cost we would like to see receipts from the shipping.

Review: I have ordered from this company once before with no problems. I placed an order on 10/*. Didn't receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, but I was charged for the product. I waited 2 weeks and still nothing. I emailed them at [redacted] provided by their site and no response. I emailed them again, no response. I found a number on their website, no answer or voicemail. I took to their [redacted] page and complained, they responded and told me to email them at [redacted] which I did for the third time, keeping it all in one chain. I waited two days and received no response. Went back to their [redacted] page and complained and ultimately never heard back.Desired Settlement: Either a delivery of my order, a refund and an apology
