Review: The owners name is Brian Machaud. I bought a refrigerator from him for $350 and paid him cash right away. He was over a week late on the delivery. He had two guys move the refrigerator into the house. Instead of moving it in through the back door they decided to force it through the front stairway and they damaged the walls, the brand new laminate custom made stairs that I just put in and also the brand new laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen. After an hour of him sitting in his car talking to Comcast about his phone service, he reluctantly said he would pay for the damage. We agreed on a price of $450 signed paperwork and then he promised to be back the next day with the money. It has been over 2 weeks now and it has been nothing but excuses. On top of that, the refrigerator that he sold me doesn't even work and he took the handle and other parts with him with the promise of coming back to fix everything. Now he has stopped returning my calls. I will make sure this guy loses a lot of business if this matter is not resolved and I am not refunded promptly.Desired Settlement: I am seeking the $450 for damages plus the cost of the refrigerator which does not work and cost me $350. Total $800.
