Review: I ordered candles from this website in July of 2014 and never received them. I called the phone number and it only goes to a voicemail. I have left two voicemails and left an email with an address I found on my [redacted] account for this business. No returned calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I don't believe the company is a real company. I believe it is fraudulent and it's failure to respond to me backs this up. I got a refund from my bank account already as I filed a dispute a few weeks ago. I just don't want this to happen to another customer.

Review: An order was placed on 4/**/2014. Calls have been made to the company regarding status of shipping and delivery on 4/**/2014, 4/**/2014, 4/**/2014-5/*/2014. Voicemails have been left. Emails have been sent. Messages and Wall posts have even been posted to the company's [redacted] page. The company has failed at delivering product and failed at communicating delivery of product.Desired Settlement: Refund of $87.50 to Paypal account.

Review: I ordered candles for my wedding and received an order confirmation via e-mail. I did not receive any tracking information. I tried to call the company, but there is never a live person answering the phone. I left voicemails and e-mails and posted to their [redacted] account. I received an e-mail and the promise of a phone call that never came. The e-mail stated that the company had shipping "mixups" in April. I responded to the e-mail with a request to cancel the order and asked for a refund. There was no response. I posted my cancellation/refund request to the business's [redacted] page. My post was deleted and I was blocked from further posts. I have not received any word about my refund and will be filing a dispute with my bank to recoup the money I lost. This business is bogus and everyone should know about it.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. Although the amount may seem trivial to some, it is part of a very strict and small wedding budget.

I purchased a bulk candle order from the website on 8/*/2014 and I recieved a confirmation email. My debit card was charged $56.10 on 8/*/2014. I never recieved the product or any additional information from the company. Since my purchase, the website now reads "we are now closed to new accounts". I have left 4 voicemails and sent 5 emails. My order is #[redacted]. This is there website [redacted] I really want this product (it is for my wedding), otherwise obviously a refund!!! I am very frustrated!

Review: Payed for candles on April[redacted],2014 and have not received them. I have tried calling and emailing with no answer..Desired Settlement: I would like my money back a full refund..

Review: I placed an online order with Wholesale Candle Warehouse on October *, 2015 - order #[redacted] for a set of 12 3 x 3.5 Ivory Basic Bulk Pillar Candles (#[redacted]). The total cost including shipping came to 47.55. I received email confirmation that the company received my order. Over time I saw that something was wrong - I never received the order. I repeatedly emailed the company and phoned, during office hours, the number that the company provides on their website - ###-###-####. I even sent a physical letter to the company's New York state address demanding either a refund or the candles I ordered. Nobody EVER picks up on that phone line, and there is no voicemail machine. No one ever responded to my emails. I have never seen such atrocious customer service - I feel that I have been robbed essentially.Desired Settlement: I would like for the candles to be delivered pronto, or for a full refund to be issued immediately.
