I have not had SEVERAL conversations with you I have had ONE I called and told you that the candles I received were called coral, but in reality they were a version of hot pink I explained to them that there was no way you could refer to these as coral Trust me after having a coral and grey wedding for my daughter, I know coral Yes, coral does come in a wide variety, I realize this, but these were NOT coral They were PINK I spend $on 3" x 6" pillar candles And the shipping was an additional $ for a total of $for candles that were the wrong color I was told "** *** *** ** *** ** ** *** *** ***" I would have to pay the shipping back and there would be a restocking fee I would of had no problems with this if the candles were as advertised, but they weren't
I have shopped online for years, and never not once have I filed a claim with the Revdex.com I would not recommend to anyone to purchase anything from this company Very poor customer service
PS....the candles were so off-color I couldn't even use them Planning on giving them to the local animal shelter to sell in their store

***.We remember this customer and had several exchanges with the customerAfter trying to make restitution and not satisfying her wishes, she said she would bring a case against us to force us to give her what she wants. She ordered a set of candles from us, we sent her the candles she orderedShe called to say that the candles were the wrong colorWe apologized and said we would send another setWe only needed her to send us a picture of what she receivedWe did not have any pink candles and could not have sent those to hereWe said to her maybe there is something wrong with the batch, send us a pic so we can confirmShe refusedWe checked other candles from the batch and they were fineSo we insisted she send a pic to confirm the issue.We are not unreasonable, if we sent you the wrong product its a mistake that we can easily fixBut when a customer refuses to co-operate and instead, tries to bully us to get what they wantThat is unfairWe have no issue with a refund, but it has to be inline with our return policiesWhich include and 15% restocking fee and paying for the return of the material (please see the website return policy: ***)Please help us to correct this situation, no one can buy or candles without agreeing with our policiesShe only had to send us a pic and we would have gladly send replacements, instead she chose to send the candles back without following policies and now wants you to help her usurp this policy. We have used Cruise Encounters many times and have always found the staff excellent to work with. They put together a complete package and take care of all the details for a simple to understand price. Cruise Encounters may not be for everyone, but we are a repeat customer and will use them again. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Review: I ordered products, after 2 weeks, did not receive, sent email, got a response stating they would check with [redacted], meanwhile I talked with a man over the phone that told me they discontinued the product. I told him to refund my money back to my credit card. I have spoken with this man about 5 times and every time he keeps telling me the refund is in progress. I have also asked to speak to his boss and every time he says, he's not in yet.Desired Settlement: credit refunded back to my credit card
