We paid cash to this company for a quartz countertop that was never deliveredThey kept promising to deliver for over a month and kept giving excuses after excuses as to why they didn't have the countertopWe requested a refund so we could buy the counters somewhere elseThey said they didn't have any money to give usThe person we dealt with (Kelly) said she gave the money to the owner of the company and who was supposed to order the productWhen we demanded a refund, she advised us that she couldn't get in touch with the owner, couldn't locate him, and therefore couldn't give us a refundBecause we dealt directly with Kelly, we told her she is responsible for giving us the refundWe didn't even know that she wasn't owner until we wanted our money backWe were told we need to go after him to get a refund but he is not returning calls and we have no idea where to find himWe had to spend more money to get a new counter from another dealer and it set us back weeks with our re

I have been trying to get a replacement door for a cabinet purchased thru them from Fabuwood before my warranty expiresBad enough the kitchen was so badly installed that it really should be ripped out but the contractor is unresponsive

I had placed an order to have carpet installed in my homeThey came and did one room and my stairsWhen I was ready to have them complete the final room I could not get anyone to call me back to set it upFinally they have a worker by the name of chris come to my home to measureWhen he came he asked an additional $towards jobWe gave himHe came back next day to install but bc it was raining he asked if we could wait one more day which we agreed and he asked for $more which we gave himThe next day he never showed up and I called owner Greg who said he though he had at least pulled up carpet and placed padding which he had notHe told me he would get back to meHe didn'tAfter many calls to them it turns out chris was fired (however when I went to store chris was sitting there) I cannot get anyone to complete my carpet job or give me the $I gave them for work not done

Ordered Cabinets that were to be delievered on April ***Spoke with the salesman numerous times about getting the deliveryHe stated on numerous dates that they would come the next day then most recently they were supposed to be delievered on April *** and supposedly the truck broke downToday is now April *** and I have not been told that I will receive the cabinets I paid for

Review: In December of 2013 we purchased kitchen cabinets and tile flooring from Wholesale Floor and Kitchen of [redacted]. The came and installed the floor on December [redacted]. After the floor was completed they installed the cabinets, the job was completed on December [redacted]. We had complained about the Cabinets upon completion and they were never taken care of. We were told the salesperson was terminated but they still never resolved our concerns. There was molding not tacked or nailed down, a drawer we can't use because the dishwasher is in the way and a cabinet over the stove which is too short. Our main compliant is the floor. We stated calling in March of 2014 only three months after installation. The tiles are cracking and the grout is coming out. This makes hazardous conditions for our grandchildren because they have on several occasions put the crumbling grout in their mouths. We have been calling and speaking to the two [redacted] and [redacted] and have been lied to over and over. I call on a daily basis and they tell me they have ordered the tile, its coming this week. I get every excuse imaginable. It is eight months of complaining I've given them enough chances to rectify this. Please Help!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so I can hire a reputable company to complete the job correctly and on a timely basis. It will most likely cost me twice as much because they first have to rip out what's there and replace it.
