the return cost of the item. In order to avoid this issue, she abused [redacted]'s policy by opening an A-z Claim. [redacted] stand by the buyers most of the time, However;since they read the messages and claims of the buyer, they knew that the buyer is at fault and is trying to abuse there polices. The buyer claim was denied by [redacted], and we gave the buyer her partial refund (which is her full righ).Thank you
