Connectionz Plumbing did a fine job of replacing and lining the pipe they were hired to doHowever, many problems arose due to miscommunication between their teams, trying to work too fast, and not paying attention to detail:
Not showing up within the window of time they set with us(sometimes not till next day.)

Failed to replace the water-main lid - my daughter, pregnant and carrying a one year old stepped on it, and slipped into the hole up to her hip, dropping her child, and suffering severe cuts and bruises
Used the broken faucet they were supposed to fix, doubling the damage to our floors, and walls
(Our insurance offered to cover the additional repairs, but Connectz refused to take any more than responsibilty on a $14,repair for their error
They never tried to contact me at work when bad things happened
Clean up job was hurried and messy
Three weeks after I paid the bill, we discovered that they had cut and removed a foot section of irrigation pipe that had been in the way of where they were workingIt wasnt replacedThey refused to return my calls, texts, and emails, refusing to take responsibility for this error as well
We hired Connectionz Plumbing to install a sump pump in our basementThe sump pit was already in place, we only needed the pump installedWe had excellent dealings with Connectionz in the past, only discovering later that it had been sold and the owner we’d met was no longer with the company
When Connectionz Plumbing sent someone out to bid the work, they did so without providing any written bidI asked about the absence of paperwork and was told the pricing is standard and no bid was neededThe details of the bid later came under dispute, specifically the provision to repair drywall after the job was completed
