Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Per your request, I provided you with a photo of the Wholesale Warranties application form which specifically lists ball joints as a covered partMr*** himself admitted to me on a phone call that he too would believe that ball joints would be covered and that he too wouldn't have read the fine print of the contract that was later providedYet, WW refuses to take financial responsibility for his company's intentional or inadvertent actionsYour responsibility does not end with your attempt to convince an entity that you sold my warranty to, to change their decision to cover a repair that their fine print specifically excludesYour company created this messSir, you need to step up and do the right thing and I truly believe that you already know that.

Dear Mr***,
We’d
like to again apologize for your dissatisfaction with the extended service
contract you purchased from usUnfortunately, we must reiterate that we are
bound by the level of coverage and contract purchased and signed by our customers,
and cannot extend coverage to parts that are excluded by the warranty as
written
We
believe that the misunderstanding surrounding the coverage of the ball joint
part stems from a marketing piece, our generic brochure, which was
misunderstood as expressed coverageThe brochure clearly states “Top Level
Coverage includes protection for all of the following parts:” and ball joints
are included on this listHowever, this brochure is a marketing piece designed
to give customers an idea of what could be covered by certain contracts we
offerThis brochure is not a contract, and is never signed or offered as an
explicit expression of coverage for a given customer
Additionally, while ball joints are
absolutely covered under top level policies as stated in the brochure, Mr
*** did not elect to purchase the highest level of coverage available to
himFor financial and personal reasons, customer chose a lesser version of
coverage, which did not extend coverage to ball jointsThe level of coverage chosen
and purchased was provided in full detail to the customer, including complete
terms and conditions, and was signed and agreed to on September 16, We do
our absolute best to ensure that every customer is aware of their options, as
well as the details of the coverage they ultimately decide to purchaseBy
signing this contract the customer agreed to the full terms and conditions of
the policy, including all exclusions of coverageWe are very sorry that Mr
*** is unhappy with his service contract, but are required to abide by the
terms and conditions of the contracts that we offer, and are unable to pay for
repairs excluded by the policy as written
If there is anything else we can do to help, please do not
hesitate to contact us
Thank you,

At no time during their sales pitch, either by phone or most importantly by US Mail, did anyone at WW tell me that my ball joints would not be covered unless I bought a more expensive policy. I thought I had the expensive policy.  Their sales brochure was also their warranty application and it clearly stated ball joints are covered. That is the document that was sent to me by US mail, and the one I sent back completed by US mail. I have the envelope they used. The actual policy was also mailed to me and I am embarrassed that I did not read it completely for any bait and switch tactics.  Thank you Revdex.com for your efforts.  I once again ask that this be published on your website. People need to know. I will follow through on my end in a much more formal forum. Thanks again.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the claim denial on the ball joint
component on your RV. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the
service you received from your extended service...

contract, as well as our
company. We do our best to always provide the utmost in customer service, and
are truly sorry that this expectation was not met during your claims process.
As a broker of these policies, we
do not handle the actual claims processing in house. However, we do always act
as a second layer of support for our customers when they are unhappy or
confused about a claims decision. When this particular claim was brought to our
attention, we immediately reached out to claims management at the extended
service contract provider for more information on why the ball joint portion of
the claim was denied. Unfortunately, we were informed that the ball joints were
not specifically listed for coverage in the contract as purchased. While we
always do our utmost to provide customers with positive resolution in claims
situations, we are bound by the contracts as written, and are unable to
overturn a valid denial. The contract purchased specifically states that only
the parts listed for coverage will be covered by the contract, and ball joints
are not listed, resulting in the denial for coverage on this recent repair.
Whenever we discuss an extended
service contract with a potential client, we provide them with information on
the different levels of coverage and contract types available to them. From
here, we allow our customers to narrow down these choices to the level of
coverage they feel comfortable with. The level of coverage ultimately elected
did not include ball joints for coverage, and this information was clearly
outlined in the contract signed. We are truly sorry for any confusion this may
have caused.
Again, we apologize for any
confusion and inconvenience this claim denial has caused. We did everything we
could to help with this claim, but are unable to advocate for coverage that is
specifically excluded by the contract as written. If there is anything else we
can do to be of aid, please feel free to contact us directly and we will do our
best to help you out.
 Thank you,
