I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My daughter adores the doll, so I will not be returning it, but I do appreciate the option that I was providedI was misled on the device requirements, but in thinking about it, I believe it was more that I was misled by the websites that I viewed the doll onThat information was not included in the description, and they did not provide images of the packaging where it stated the information I was later providedI do recommend that the company updates the devices that the doll is compatible with, as a lot of people have updated their phones and tablets from the ones that the device is now compatible withIn other words, the devices that the doll can be used with are outdated somewhatThank you again for the options that I was provided, and for the information as wellI will look forward to my daughter's doll being compatible with the *** ** ***

needed to connect *** ** *** to the *** ** *** app on the side panel of the retail packaging.In this same area where the minimum device requirements are listed we also include our website wickedcooltoys.com/*** for the full list of compatible devices.We have attached quick photos of this part of the packaging (and an additional section of the packaging that helps direct customers) for easy referenceThis way a customer can check the full list before deciding to purchase the item.We hope this clears up any confusion regarding our packaging and the information available
