I received letter from customer ***. I will have one of my representatives to contact him today; we will repair it as a 1x accommodation When customer purchases a watch from an un-authorized dealer, automatically warranty will be voided. Please advise customer
that a representative will contact him today before 5pm eastern time.We will instruct him to mail his watch, and once we have it in our service center, we will repair the watch movement

It seems like it was sent to us by Fred Meyer, but there is nothing to link the customer to their account. Is there a way maybe to contact the customer and have them send it to me for evaluation and then a decisionCan be made. I can’t provide any information since the owner which is Mr

We received customer *** *** watch for service Upon inspection, we found that part of the case is broken.We have repaired the Movement 2x, first time in December and follow in August 2016. We recently received the watch again for service however; instead or repairing the
existing broken part, we are willing to put a NEW MOVEMENT under warranty.We also estimated for a new case however; the case is not under warranty. If customer wishes, they can send the watch to my attention; I will make sure that the watch will be repaired and in running condition before we ship out.I will give Mr*** *** a reasonable discount regarding the purchase of his new case if he wishes take us on the offer. I’ll be waiting for customer response

We have spoken to *** *** numerous of time. Unfortunately she wants to have her existing clockRepair however as we explained to ***, that for this particular clocks we don’t make parts for them but we are more thanHappy to substitute the clock with the up graded model
*** under warranty meaning no charge. She has stated that is UN acceptable and will contact you. *** I’m willing to replace the clock for no extra cost for customerIf she will like the up-graded model. Please have *** contact me directly and I will be more than happy to special order clock

I will contact the customer today and will full refund her. Normally we don’t refund however as theCustomer stated in her paper that there are two sides to every dispute. I will contact the customer and explain that I will refund her

Customer [redacted] has not sent in his watch for warranty service.  I will contact customer from my end,And explain to customer that in order to repair his product under warranty, we would have to have his watch inFor service.  I will keep you updated.

I am rejecting this response because: The business didn't provide the costs to finish the repair suggested and I'm not satisfy with the "discount" solution offered.My understand from my last phone discussion with the service center was that the "case" is actually an internal part that's can be broken by wearing the watch. Why such part is excluded from warranty if this is a watch internal part holding the movement? What frustrating me is I really like the watch but I had to deal with the same issue 3 times and when I received the watch back the latest repair description is the internal case is "missing and broken" and need to be replaced. If the part is indeed missing or broken during the last 3 attempts to repair the watch, I shouldn't be the one paying for it even it's discounted.

Per customer [redacted], the reason why we are not able to proceed with his watch repair, we are waitingfor our overseas vendor to give us a strong ETA on the part needed to complete repair.  If customer is not willing to wait,we are more than happy to credit his credit card and ship his...

product back un-repair. Please let me know if customer is willing to wait or he wants to decline and get his refund and watch back.

We received customer [redacted] repair in the beginning of February.  Mr. [redacted] has a 3 year warranty for his product; however as stated in his booklet, his warranty only cover the inner working of his watch.  He sent it with a damage crystal witch is not cover under...

warranty.  He declined repair for crystal and we kindly sent it back to him in the same condition we received it.  If customer wants to forward back to me, I can go ahead and see how I can further assist him on this matter.  Please see below for estimate memo.

I just received another letter regarding Mr. [redacted].  In his letter he is not satisfied with our discount solution.  If Mr. [redacted] is  looking for a new watch,Unfortunately he would have to go back to his vendor.  This is Seiko Service Center, we will provide service for his watch.  Once again I will extend the courtesy to have the watch again and see how I can further assist him.If Mr. [redacted] has any further question, he may call our toll free number.  [redacted] and may ask for me [redacted]

Thank you for your services. SEIKO accepted it responsibility. They called me and confirmed that they would send me a new one. I am waiting for the watch to be sent to me.
