I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Of course the only right thing to do would be to refund my money. They didn't deliver and meet any form of expectations. Weather isn't a excuse for getting a delivery there at the end of my wife's work day! I am in the same business with providing delivery services for my customers and when my stores can't do it I load up my own car and make sure material is delivered. I was working outside all day servicing my contractors on that 9 degree day for 12 hrs. If I give my word on something I deliver and if I ever make a mistake it is rectified. I give my customers something to show my empathy and gratitude for all there years of business. This is a poor excuse to give a customer who's been shopping with you for 15+ years. In addition, the reply that was made to me that delivery times aren't guaranteed on holidays is odd on February [redacted] because that is not a holiday. The [redacted] is but certainly not the [redacted]. Hopefully the sarcastic remark  that "some customers are never satisfied" show  that they look at a loyal customer as nothing truly special. We are sorry to hear that [redacted] felt he had to complain to Revdex.com. On Valentines Day it was 9 degrees & therefore because of weather conditions it did take our drivers longer to deliver flowers. There was icy roads etc.   We explained our driver was 1 block...

away & flowers would be delivered @ 4:30pm. He didn't want to hear about that & said to cancel order. Which we did & he was refunded his money. We do the best we can but sometimes it just isn't good enough for some customers. ?

Review: Today is the first Valentine's Day I am spending as a married man and I couldn't get a answer on whether my delivery was made or not. I have been coming to Wicks florist from 1994 and over the last two years have experienced the worst treatment by staff. The only person that is reliable and dependable is [redacted]. He seems to always do his best to correct mistakes others make and apologize for negative treatment from the staff. Both my siblings have used Wicks for their weddings and my father has purchased flowers for every celebratory occasion over the last 35 years. You would think with all this history of us using this florist that we would never have an issue like this. Wrong!!! I am truly disappointed in the lack of attention and appropriate customer service given from some of the employees in this store. Last year I inquired about getting Wicks to participate in my wedding day and the lady [redacted] was very rude to my wife. My wife was so stressed out that she received this treatment that she was almost in tears. I told her to relax and that I will speak to the [redacted] and he helped with apologizing but the lady had nothing to say. I really wish they would all be as helpful as [redacted] is but he is only one person and can help when he is available. Today I sent my wife flowers for valentines day and she still has yet to receive her delivery and it was supposed to be there early afternoon. Its now almost time for her to leave work and she hasn't received anything. What a waste of $98.00 dollars!!!!! Lets get it together Wicks. I just spoke with one of the guys at the store and haven't received any notification on where the driver is even located.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my full refund and they can keep their flowers.
