This is not true I was coming to this company to help me find a job. Not to spend 800 dollars in one day when I was told that I needed to have the certificate fee which is what I gave them. The money was given to them after I signed the paperwork and he told me to disregard the prices of the classes. They said on the phone that you didn't have to get your training done through them. He waited till after I had give them money to inform me. Then he started going into how all the classes cost 800. Which as an unemployed person I couldn't afford. This company steals money from people that need help and desperate for a job. If you interview someone and ask them what kinda trying they have then when they come on they tell you that you have to get the training from them. That is not what they say when the first call you. This company is a scam.

As per the agreement signed by...

[redacted], she had agreed by signing the agreement attached that there is a non- refundable fee during registration and we do not guarantee employment to any individual however we will help individual obtain employment in various fields. She also have no evidence to back her claim about Wide Visions Consulting being a scam therefore her claim is that of defamation and we will take proper actions for her written false statements. Yes the agreement show our price for training and by law any product or service can be sold at a price the company determines. Had she contacted us directly we would have accommodate and refund her partial of the registration or all. She did not contact us and did not give us the opportunity to help her with this matter and went on to contact the Revdex.com with false statements. Her refund is declined.

The money is gone it isn't even about the money anymore. This company steals from people looking for a job. Like I said before if your unemployed why would you spend 800 dollars on classes you can take for much less than what they are charging. They ask you what kind of experience you have if you came to them with the license already why would take it. So why lie and say you don't have to have the training done with them. But once you get there after you pay the 100 for the certification as they call it. Now you have to come up with another 700 for classes. Please just post this on the company wall. THIS COMPANY IS NOT HERE TO HELP YOU!!!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

[redacted] sign an agreement with Wide Visions Consulting , before she initially paid any fees to Wide Visions Consulting she was told the total cost of what the training will cost and she also sign this attached enrollment agreement before she handed any of her money. She agree that she was able to...

pay the remaining balance and therefore paper work and training schedule was registered. On the agreement that [redacted] signed it states that we have a non-refundable policy for training registration. Wide Visions Consulting dos not guarantee employment, pay rate, start date , work site.
[redacted] could not afford the training therefore she should not have agreed and told us that she was able to afford the remaining balance which she states was not told to her , but we can assure she definitely knew the total it was told to her and its on the agreement that has her signature. To conclude her refund is declined.

Review: I went into Wide Visions Consulting on Tuesday June **, 2014 for what they called an interview for a front desk position. Prior to coming to the interview I was told I would have to take training which was required and the training would cost $100. When I had my interview I was then told that I needed a lot more training and that it would cost even more money and the guy interviewing me told me he would help me out by letting me pay him in three payments -- one of $100 (which is nonrefundable), one payment of $200 and another payment of $239 and I would start my classes later on that evening. I came in that evening to start my classes which he told me were cancelled but he took the $200 from me anyway. Later that evening I called him and asked him if I decided for any reason that I didn't want to take the classes any more would I be able to get a refund his answer was he would be able to give me the $200 because I hadn't started the classes yet, but not the $100 because its nonrefundable. When I went in the next day (June **, 2014) to get the money back he told me he would send me a check within 21 days. When I asked him why he told me that was their policy. I was never informed of this return policy when I asked him on the phone the day before.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to refund my money immediately.

Review: I was misinformed about my chances on getting a job offer. They company told me that I would need 150 dollars if I was offered the position for my security license. Once I was offered the position the hiring manager told I would need to pay the hundred dollars now. Which I believed was for the training course he told me he would write up my receipt. and I needed to come back the same day at 430 pm. he told me to he wanted to go over somethings with me before I left for the day. This is when he started to tell me that the complete package I would have to purchase in order to apply for the job he had in mind for me. He subtracted the 150 dollars I had already given him and same I needed to come up with 500 more that afternoon. When I told him I wasn't expecting to have to pay so much for the training programs he told me he would drop the price but I couldn't tell anyone about it. He said I would only need to bring in 350 and he would have a job for me by monday. Since I don't have a job I couldn't afford this and he told me that there was nothing that could be done I needed to come up with the money cause my 150 was none refundable. I was not told until after I supplied the original 150 that it would be an additional fee.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be fined. I would like a refund of my 150 since it was not being used for what I was originally informed it was for.

Review: I got a call requesting me to come into an interview. I had applied to so many jobs in the past that I did not remember applying but the lady on the end asked me " if I am still interested in the lobby assistant job" so that told that I applied but I foolishly didn't research as I usually did. I went was told that I needed to get certified before I get certified and that I would be representing them when I go out into the field which implied that they were going to hire me and I just needed their training so I paid them the money. When I came to my senses that night, I researched them and realized that there wasn't a job. They were a referral company and I got suckered into dealing with a recruiter. Their website is registered to a french address and their phone number is registered to a "roto rooter" plumbing also, the certificates aren't needed for the job advertised and the program is overpriced. I proceeded to call them but got no reply so I referred them to the 115th and 71st precinct which in turn referred me to an attorney. I also intend on contacting the New York City divisions of Criminal Justice to check on whether their school is even registered with them as the schools should be. I made a mistake but I am intelligent enough to learn from it and move forward to better opportunities. I am also prepared to go to the media agencies and tie and attempt to tie you up I all sorts of litigation as more and more people come forward as I will post petitions and blogs about this company in particular. Now in good faith, please refund me my money and relinquish any documents you have in my name and we can get passed this situation.Desired Settlement: They have a responsibility to refund me at least 61 percent of the money I paid in good faith

Review: I received a phone call, stating that I could come in for an interview. The woman asked if I was certified in Fire Guard, and when I said no, she said training would be $100. I went in with $100... and they asked for $539 more, claiming it wouldn't benefit them, it was for training. Well of course, I was confused; if I needed that much, why not just say so in the first place? And then, the man ([redacted]) claimed I would be placed on the [redacted] (Monday), and to call on the [redacted] (Friday) so that he could tell me where I would be placed. I called on Thursday, he didn't pick up. I called on Friday morning, and he didn't pick up. I called on Friday at noon, and he didn't pick up. I called on Friday at noon, but this time to his cell phone and his phone was turned off. I emailed and he never responded, so I think it's safe to say he ran away WITH MY MONEY. I want my money back immediately.

Review: This company is a scam! They ask people to pay $739 to engage in New York's required security training in exchange for a job. Except the jobs do not exist. They rip off people who are looking for work. They mainly advertise on Craigslist.Desired Settlement: I paid them $100 cash(not the total $739 thankfully), but I would like to get my money back, but if not possible, this fake business needs to be shut down. It is ripping people off.

Review: I were informed that I will guarantee a job after I take a two day CPR and fire safety course but they never informed me that they were credited by Revdex.com and it didn't show in their paper work I want a refund because I have no idea if they're legitDesired Settlement: To be certified so people know that they are going to the right people because paying a lot of money with no outcome will raise a substantial amount of issues

Sincerely,

Review: This company claims to provide security jobs. I applied online via indeed.com. I had a telephone interview shortly thereafter. During the phone interview, I was given a date and time for the in-person interview and asked what trainings or certifications I have. I informed [redacted], who conducted the phone interview, that I wasn't CPR certified. [redacted] told me to bring a $100 deposit to the interview and I would pay the balance at the training. I came in to their office for the interview with [redacted] and gave him the $100 deposit. I provided him with my information including state ID and the last four of my social. [redacted] had me sign a contract at this time as well. I was told that the remaining balance for the CPR training was $239. I was told to report for training on Friday evening. When I arrived on Friday I waited an hour and no one showed up. I paid the $239 at the start of what I thought would be the training. I was contacted by [redacted] after trying to get in touch with [redacted] and told that the training had been rescheduled. I was told to report the following Friday for training at the same location. On the following Friday I reported for training and again no one was there. At this time, I contacted [redacted] and was informed that the training wasn't being held and training only occurs once a month. I was never told this information prior. I attempted to contact [redacted] and [redacted] between Monday and today and no one has returned my calls. I believe that they are running a scam and stealing people's money. I have been trying to reach them to get a refund but I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. They told me prior when I spoke to them that there is no contact number for their HR department which I further believe shows this is a scam. I would like to be refunded my money. I would like to see this scamming business be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like my $339 refunded to me immediately.
