Review: I purchased an item from this company on August 18, 2013. I inquired to find out how long it would take for the order to be completed and was told that it would be 2-3 weeks. It has now been a month and this company had not responded to any of my subsequent inquiries as to when the product will be delivered. I have made several calls to them and have been unable to contact them. I have sent them email messages through their website and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: To receive a response from the company outlining when the product will be delivered as well as an explanation of why they have not responded to my inquiries

Review: I ordered a tablet from this company on September 18, 2013. No matter how many times I try to contact this company regarding my shipment, I receive automated messages. I finally received a message on October 3, 2013 that said:

"Your order has been shipped.

You will soon receive a URL to click on in order to track the delivery progress of your package. "

I have yet to receive a URL to click on to track the delivery progress. When I wrote to them AGAIN on October 15, 2013, asking about the shipment, I just received the automated response. I'm so tired of this issue. I just want to receive the product that I ordered already. If it has shipped, then I'd like the shipping information so I can track the item.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order, and I would like this company to be more responsible so other customers do not have to experience what I have experienced. I am devastated because since I ordered the tablet from them, there have been numerous other places I could get the same type of item, but do not wish to spend additional money because this one is supposed to be on its way.

Review: I ordered a tablet on 9/18/2013. My credit card was charged for the amount of the tablet. I have checked the shipping information and it states on the website that the item was shipped on 10/3/2013. I have still not received this item and have called several times and sent an email and have not received any information regarding this. I cannot find a tracking number that I can follow or who it was sent through (USPS or UPS). No answers when I contact using my phone. Very frustrated that I have not received my product or any information on it!!!Desired Settlement: I want my tablet ASAP. Thank you.

Review: Purchased a 7inch android tablet. After recieving the product it instructed that a charge light would be indicated when charging. No indication that there was any life to the product. I attempted to try and charge the product over 24 hours and still no life. I emailed the company 3 times and called serveral times leaving messages and the company has not responded once.Desired Settlement: replacement

Review: After many emails and calls about a faulty product I have heard no response from them. I've emailed them numerous times but no response and every time I call them I always get an automated response that they are busy on another line. I purchased this item on 8/28/13 and it took over two weeks to receive it but the real problem is that it doesn't work and I get no response from them at all.Desired Settlement: This is a product purchased through [redacted] website and id like a replacement

Review: They shipped me a product that does not work or have proper accessories. The USB cable they sent me does not fit the 7" [redacted] 4.0 Tablet I purchased. They are completly different port of entry.I have a product that does not work because they sent the wrong charger. I have experienced bad service and they have no customer service by email or phone to assist with any issues or question.Desired Settlement: refund they have bad customer service they never answer there phones or emails.

Review: I had went through a service named [redacted] and purchased two Google Android 4.0 7" tablets. After waiting for almost 6 weeks for my tablets to be delivered from Widget Circle we started them up following all the instructions. One tablet would not work or respond accordingly and continued to freeze and reboot. We tried several different trouble shooting solutions with no luck. I contacted Widget Circle through email on three different occasions about this issue, with no response from them. I still have copies of these emails. I informed them of the issues with the tablet and said I would either take a refund or exchange, as the other tablet works fine. It's very disappointing that none of my emails were answered. I feel this company is very suspect of fraudulent operations. At this point I would like to be able to get a refund for my tablet, however I'm affraid they are going to say it's past the "10 days" of allotted time for returns. This tablet does not work and never has.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund at this time, but would settle for exchange as well.

Review: I Had ordered a tablet from this company and they told me that it would take 2 to 3 week to process the ordered and that it should be delivered in up to 2 weeks after that. I had ordered this product on the 17th of Sept and I started emailing them and trying to call them about 3 to 4 weeks after that date. They emailed me back and said it would take 7-10 more days before they shipped it. That time came and passed and I have emailed them back and they have not responded at all and will not return any phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my product as soon as possible.

Review: I have been waiting for my product for well over a month now. There is no true customer service. The phone number always leads you to a voicemail. From there you fill out an online request which does nothing. You receive an automated response. I have done this over 5 times. Never have received a tracking number either. I ordered this product on 9.4.13

Review: I purchased a [redacted] Deal to receive a tablet from widget circle. The product I purchased turned on for 20 minutes and then stopped working. They also note on the website that "if you are not satisfied with out products you will be fully reimbursed". I have called 3 times and no one answers, I have emailed the company and written on the chat option on their website and no one has responded. [redacted] asks that I contact Widget Circle as they are the provider.

Review: I purchased a Google 4.1 android tablet from Widget Circle on August 31st, using a voucher purchased from [redacted]. First, I did not receive the tablet in the time promised by the company. The website stated that the product would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. It took 5 1/2 weeks for me to receive the product, after many failed attempts to contact the company by the email provided on their website and phone to obtain information about the delay in receiving my tablet. I finally had to contact the postal service and have them investigate and track the tablet. They informed me, after investigating, that the tablet was not even shipped by Widget Circle until September 18th. Second, when I finally received the tablet on October 4th, it was damaged. There was approximately a 2 inch cut from a box cutter ( or something similar) on the screen of the tablet. I immediately contacted Widget Circle (within minutes of opening the tablet), by a text number that was in the tablet, about the condition of my product. The first text that they responded with basically accused me of being a liar and stated that I had previously contacted them saying that the case and stylus for the tablet were broken. I sent a return text stating that I had never contacted them concerning the condition of the tablet, as I had literally just received it. After many texts and pictures being exchanged, Widget Circle promised to send me a return label to ship the tablet back and guaranteed 3 day shipping of the new tablet. That was on October 4th and I have yet to even receive the return label. I have contacted them 3 times since then and they will not respond to any contact.Desired Settlement: I want the tablet replaced, at no cost to myself and most expediently . I would also like to have some sort of compensation, within reason, for the complete lack of customer services provided and for being accused of lying. If necessary, I will be more than happy to provide all texts between myself and Widget Circle.

Review: I purchased three deals/vouchers through [redacted] and redeemed my vouchers through Widget Circle on Monday, Aug 26. The voucher/deal claims items will be received within 2-3 weeks. It has been more than a month and I still have not received my items. In addition, I have received a set of SIX tracking numbers for THREE orders. According to the USPS, all of these packages have either not been shipped at all (ie electronic shipping info received only) or were allegedly scheduled for delivery on 9/18/13…either way, I have not received the products I've paid for. Additionally the shipping information for two of the packages is listed incorrectly (names of recipients was listed incorrectly in the confirmation emails received). NOTE: The Revdex.com form prevented the inclusion of the order #s and the package tracking numbers however I do have these available for reference if needed.

I have made multiple attempts to contact both of [redacted] and Widget Circle's Customer Service Departments and have received untimely responses that provide no assistance or resolution.Desired Settlement: I either need to receive the products ordered or receive a full refund (including the additional shipping charges I paid).

Review: I ORDERED A 7" ANDROID 4.0 TABLET PLUS LEATHER COVER AND STYLUS ON 09/03/2013. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I HAVE WRITTEN COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED. Review: I placed my order with Widget Circle on 9/18/13. I am supposed to receive an [redacted] Tablet. They had no problem receiving my payment within days of purchasing. Today is 10/24/13. I have received nothing from them. When I call their business phone #, there is only an answering machine to talk to. I even emailed them on their website. Nothing. This was a gift I purchased for my mother's birthday and I have not been able to give her the gift. Please help me resolve this. I am out $70 as of right now.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have the item I purchased but if they can't produce it soon , then I will just take me money back, This is ridiculous.

Review: I ordered a 7"tablet thru [redacted] Deals in 9/4/2013. It didn't come in the time frame they stated. With [redacted] deals support, I received the 1st tablet, I could see thru the protective cover that the screen was already scratched up, and when I went to charge it up the AC/DC jack port wasn't taking the charge. So it wouldn't charge the battery. They didn't answer the phones again,no response from online support as usual(tried to contact them 1/2 dozen times). I contacted [redacted] deals again and they helped me. I returned the tablet and received the 2nd tablet. This now early December 2013. I go to use the 2nd tablet and it works for a few times, then after a full charge, it doesn't turn on. I see a very faint glow of the main screen for a split second as it flashes back to a black screen. I'm guessing this tablet's battery isn't holding the charge. I called [redacted] and they said they couldn't help me any more. Well, I'm done with Widget Circle Inc. too. I just want a refund and to move on a buy a name brand tablet that will actually work. I take good care of my electronic items, but I'm ready to trash this one.Desired Settlement: I will return this tablet to provided address by the company when they contact me. Review: I purchased a 7" Android 4.0 Tablet + Free Leather Cover & Stylus ref # [redacted], Discount [redacted]. Their invoice # is [redacted] and all I had to do was pay for shipping because I purchased a coupon from [redacted]. I received the package intact and opened the box. I followed the instruction to power up the item and activated my wi-fi. When I shut down the Android Tablet and went to turn it on again the program will stay stuck on the introduction screen and not activate the programming. I think there is an issue with the software installed. I have made several attempts to contact them via email and call, but even if you call first thing in the morning the voice mail picks up. I even contacted [redacted] form whom I purchased the discounted voucher but even they have not contacted me regarding my inquery.Desired Settlement: I would either like for Widget Circle to replace the unit with one that works or upgrade me to another tablet. But if they cannot do that I would appreciate a full refund. I will not accept a credit because since they have not returned my call nor emails I do not feel comfortable purchasing anything from their company. It is very unfortunate.

Review: I bought a voucher from a third party website for a case for my iPhone from Widget Circle on August 20, 2013. The website said that it would take approximately 2 weeks to process and ship. I emailed customer support on September 16, 2013 to get an update as to when I would be receiving my product. I received an email back stating that due to high demand it would take 7 to 10 business days from the time you ordered it. I emailed back to make them realized that it had already been almost a month. Their response was that it would be sent out to ship the next day (September 17, 2013). On September 30, 2013, I sent another email regarding my product. I still had not received it. No response. On October 2, 2013 I sent another email and I opened a support ticket. I have also tried calling their customer service number which is no help because there is no one their to take the calls. All the recording says is that they are on the line helping other customers and to contact them via email. I received an email stating that a support ticket was opened and that I would receive communication soon. I am still waiting on a response as well as my product.Desired Settlement: I feel that this company should send me the product that I bought as well as reimburse me for the actual cost of the item including shipping for all of the time and hassle that they have caused me. The total cost that I paid total is $12.99.

Review: Widget Circle had offered a [redacted] offer where you can purchase an Android along with a leather case and a pen for a total of $79.00. As soon as you purchase the [redacted], you are taken to the website to place the order which I did on September 11th, 2013. I had received notification that my order was received and will be processed within 7-10 business days and I would receive an email update on when the item had shipped. Today is October 2nd and to date I have not received the product that I specified needed for my son's birthday which falls on October 13th. All I received was an automated response saying they were backed up and would send product out ASAP. I tried to reach them again by phone and it does right to an answering machine. I emailed customer service 2 times (on Monday, Sept 30th and Tuesday, Oct 1st) and have yet to get a response. I tried again this morning and am still not getting a response. I think this is disgusting and poor customer service and I want satisfaction as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would either like the delivery of my order no later than Monday, Oct 7th or a full refund ASAP!
