there is a normal level of greed in business, and then there Are these people.
8 months after having to get my lawyer involved just to get my security deposit I received a bill for the quarterly water and sewer for the address. I called Wiegand to ask if there was a mistake and they said it was my responsibility to call and cancel the account even though I had never received a bill in the three years of living there.
I call the water and sewer department and they informed me that my name had been added to the account 6 months after my lease had ended.
If you need a red flag to warn you just call and talk to the secretary and talk to her for a couple of minutes.

Do not rent to Wiegand Enterprises,because they are dirty,sick,twisted and cold-hearted! Because I was a good tenant living in their buildings until they evicted me for something I did not do! The owner Kent Cory is sick,twisted and cold-hearted,He is money hungry and greedy! He don't care what happens to good tenants in his apartments. The office secretary Dorena Banks is rude,disrespectful,sick and twisted to tenants who pay their rent and report their problems to her about what needs to be fixed inside their apartment! They are full of crap and When they evict you,They don't tell you why you're getting evicted and the reason why you're getting evicted! They don't return your security deposit to you! Stay away from Kent Cory,Dorena Banks and Wiegand Enterprises,Because they will screw you in the future like they did me! Best thing to do is to go somewhere else.

Do not rent to Wiegand Enterprises,because they are dirty,nasty and filthy. The owner Kent Cory is money hungry,greedy and cold-hearted! The owner don't take of things that are broken and needs to be fixed. The owner Kent Cory is a drunk and He don't care what happens to good tenants in those apartment buildings! When me,my boyfriend and my baby daughter moved to another apartment building,There were roaches inside that apartment building.I called the owner and told him about it, He did not do nothing about it! Me and My boyfriend got evicted by Kent Cory and Wiegand Enterprises! Stay away from Kent Cory and Dorena Banks! Because they are not worth renting to in the future! Best thing to do is rent and get an apartment somewhere else.

Do not rent to Wiegand Enterprises,because they are sick,evil,wicked,crooked,corrupted,shady and twisted.The property owner/apartment manager is a drunk.His breath smells like alcohol.The secretary is the owner's Yesman and She has an attitude with the tenants when they pay their rent and When there is something wrong with their apartment.They are responsible for a man's death in 2010 when a refrigerator fell and crushed him. The man worked for Wiegand Enterprises and His wife should have sued them and got a settlement from them.Do not rent from Wiegand Enterprises,because they will screw you. Stay away from them,because they cannot be trusted and They are not worth renting to in the future.

Do not rent from Wiegand Enterprises,because they rent to bad black tenants.The Black tenants pooped and defacated on my door wreath and my welcome mat in front of my door.That's why I moved out of their apartment buildings,Because The owner and the secretary are full of crap and They don't care what happens to good people and good tenants in their apartment buildings.Stay away from Wiegand Enterprises.

Wiegand Enterprises is bad for business,They rip tenants off of their security deposit and don't pay it back,The apartment manager [redacted] be evicting tenants and don't tell them why they getting evicted,The office secretary [redacted] have a bad attitude with tenants when they pay their rent and when they have a problem inside the apartment,Homeless people break into the apartment building and fall asleep in the lobby.Tenants be letting homeless people in the apartment building at 4:00am in the morning.I recommend people and Marquette University students don't rent to Wiegand Enterprises.Wiegand Enterprises give tenants a bad name,Black tenants start problems with you in Campus Community Apartments.The Rave concert fans get drunk,get out of control and damage apartment property at night when the concert be over at midnight and the morning.

I rented an apartment at [redacted] Milwaukee from Wiegand enterprise. The manager [redacted] is very rude and not willing to help. He always shows that he's too busy. I am an international student and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a land lord. The apartment I live in is not bad but having to put up with a person like [redacted] is not worth it. I also went to the office to discuss but the office was closed at 4pm even though it says that they're supposed to stay open till 5pm.
