This is by no means anywhere near trueAs I have stated at first glance I did pick up my dog and leave then found this markings as they were turning up when I did get home and he was rolling around rubbing himself on the carpetI did not spend time in the back room at all anywhereI have mentioned a couple of times his ears were a little shortWhen they first hired Arturo they told me they are allowing all their customers on the first groom to show him how we would like our dogs trimmed as an accommodation to Oksana leaving the businessThis is supposed to be a trusted service we pay for leaving our animals with someone thinking they will be taken care of and I pay to have my animal groomed properlyI love my animal very much and I am beyond shocked with the horrible accusations made and the extent they would go to in protecting their businessNot taking accountability for any fault they could have causedThere is supporting evidence I am not the only one out there being a victim of the bad business they are performing and the solution they provide is to wash their hands and tell people to go somewhere elseI of course am glad to and will have nothing to do with this company anymore

Her story is falseShe made unsubstantiated accusations after her last visit and we asked her to please find another groomer that would make her happyWe decided to give her one more chance and groom her dogWe had two witnesses that watched her meticulously check her dog out after our groomer
had completed the groom (like she did last time and we always have to spend 15-mins with her adjusting his groom trim while she fusses)As with the last timeshe approved this groom, paid in full and left a very happy customerWe strongly believe that after she leaves Wiggles and Wags very happy, as witnessed by two others, she tries to trim her dog at home and injures himHe left Wiggles and Wags in Perfect conditionThere were no eye eye injuries or scratchesWe hope she finds another groomer that will abide by her antics.Howard and Tammy T***

First we want to say that there has not been a single case of Bordatella reported before or after *** stay at Wiggles and Wags so if he contracted the virus...he got it somewhere elseA veterinarian or vaccine manufacturer would not and could not confirm how or where the virus was contracted
Since it wasn't reported to us until days after *** went homethen he could have picked it up in the bushes outside of their apartment just as easilyIt also needs to be said that vaccines for Bordatella and Distemper can be obtained by customers Legally in Arizona from many places including Feed and Tack stores, Pet Clubs, ***, etc. Veterinarians are not the only authorized source for these vaccinations.At Wiggles and Wags every dog is screened for Bordatella, Distemper and Rabies and all are checked constantly for symptomsWe go out of our way to provide a safe, clean and wonderful experience for our customersA dog's health and safety continue to have the highest priority at Wiggles and Wags.*** and ***Owners- Wiggles and Wags Pet Resort
