failure to replace screen, failure to refund deposit, failure to perform in the promised time frame, failure to communicate status of pending repair, failure respond when they claim they will, one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

DO NOT COME HERE! I made the biggest mistake trusting the staff to work on my phone.
Day 1 - 5:30PM, I am quoted 150.00 for my screen repair and an additional 40-50 for the home button to be replaced. I agreed to just work on the screen and I would use the assisted touch to navigate my phone because I needed it to work ASAP and didn't have the time to wait and order a home button etc. I agreed to just fix the screen because he said it would take at the MOST and hour, but sometimes they finish earlier than an hour if it doesn't become difficult and then asked me for my lock code. After giving him my lock code I agreed to return in an hour.
I return an hour later at 6:40PM to find a different gentleman come from the back to ask me my name and as soon as I gave him my name and told him I was there to pick up my phone... he smirked and giggled a little and said... 'the iphone 6?'. I told him yes, and he said... well it is not ready yet because we didn't have your lock code, which I responded saying that the other gentleman does have my lock code. He responded telling me that they were locked out of the phone and it is not ready yet, then HE STOOD THERE STARING AT ME WITHOUT ANOTHER WORD. At this point I am frustrated because he is giving me limited information and to my understanding they had my code. So I go on to ask if he can elaborate on the issue, will my phone be done in another hour? tomorrow morning? tomorrow afternoon?. He cannot answer me all he can say is they are having difficulties with my phone which makes no sense cause he still is NOT ELABORATING ON THE ISSUE. I asked, is it fixable? WHEN WILL IT BE READY? At this point he must be out of information so he gets upset and YELLS AT ME to let him finish his sentences but he is not providing me any information! The man who took my phone comes from the back while this guy is yelling at me and he says NOTHING to stop it. So in defense for myself, I yelled at him back and told him he is to lower his voice when speaking to me and then the guy finally says something to him softly and the angry one starts to wave his hands at me, speaking another language and walks to the back! The man still standing there said that its my itunes password they needed, and that they just needed to update my firmware and update their itunes version, it should take about 3 more hours and they close an in hour, to come back tomorrow. I asked to see my phone and the screen was fixed, so I agreed to come back tomorrow. I asked what was going to happen about the man yelling at me and he said he doesn't know because he wasn't here to witness the WHOLE thing!!!!! (yet behind them is the back and it is separated by an open window, so he could have heard it, and he walked to the front whilehe was yelling). He said that he was using the bathroom and explained to him the situation to convey to me had I had came back for my phone and that he wasnt aware of the complete issue. He said he will email me to inform me of my phones progress and when it will be ready tomorrow. He would not give me any one's contact info who is higher than him. Not even an email address so I am forced to YELP.
DAY 2 - Its 2:30pm and I still havent received a call nor an email. So I call for the second time today and I am told by a woman that it is still in progress. She was very nice and tried to find out as much info as she could.She found out that the master tech was in there working on my motherboard... that the guy who took my phone in yesterday had passed it off to the master specialist yesterday because now there is something wrong with the motherboard! I said how can that be, when the gentleman told me my firmware just needed to be updated and it would have been done by today, how now is it the motherboard and why did he fail to convey this to me yesterday instead of lying to me?? When I initially brought my phone in I had asked, is there a way I can just order the parts and have someone else fix it and he said 'no, let us do it cause sometimes someone can go in and replace your screen, but when you turn your phone on you can experience issues because they accidentally can mess up your motherboard'. From the lies this guy has told me, I am assuming they needed to go back in to my phone after my screen was fixed (I seen my screen before leaving at 6:30) because he had messed something up and lied to me saying the firmware needed to be updated.Im being told on DAY 2,that my phone is going to take an additional 2days. The specialist working on my phone now doesn't have a clue whats going on because the guy who initially worked on it, didn't leave any information on my phone and he's off of work today. So far my money has been taken, I've been yelled at, lied to, and no phone and no way of contacting some one else in charge other than driving back up there.

Review: I wanted to unlock my Iphone so I could use it in europe during my travel.Both the sales person and the store manager/owner,told me no problem,if we cant unlock it you dont pay(we will refund your money)Because they were getting the $49.99 fee up front.They worked on it ,gave my phone back and said it will take 24 hours for it to start.(It will do this,you will do this etc...)A day pass by Nothing happen,I called they said wait another day,two days pass by nothing happened I called again They not giving me straight answers so I went back there,they didnt pay attention much they made me wait all day,finally they said this doesn't work sorry. I said, then you should return my money like you promised.They said we can not its not our fault.....They said it is phones fault it doesnt work.....It was my working Iphone....Desired Settlement: Back then if they said lets do 1/2 and 1/2 I would it excepted.Because they spend their time on it!.The attitude I got from them Made me made,more time passes by I get more upset,thinking that they lied,they cheated,therefore they do not deserve to get penny!Thank you,

Review: I paid for an un-locking service on 4/12/2014 with a estimated time frame of completing within 2 to 5 business days and it is now a month form purchase date and they have yet to complete my purchase order or provide me with status. I have asked them to refund my money so that I can procure other avenues to unlock my device and they refuse to honor the refund. No status on my order or return as available options.TDesired Settlement: Since it has now been a month with no completion of service, I am requesting a refund.

Review: I ended up paying $350 for a replacement lcd/ glass for my iphone 5 which does not work. Company refuses to provide any sort of refund, and claims that it is the fault of [redacted]. Communication throughout the entire process (nearly two weeks!) was incredibly poor.

I am writing you today to make a complaint about your service and staff member Cheedi,@ the Wigoclinic [redacted] location, I hope that’s the correct spelling for his name, I dropped of my son's [redacted] phone off 0n the 15th of August to have the screen replaced, a week had past, two weeks, so I called and gotten the run around that the screen they received was damaged so they had to order another one, "waited" another week past called again, same excuses, so I ask the technician, if the phone can't be repaired, I will come and get it, he said we can fix anything, the other screen should be here that Friday" they'll call me, no one called me, so I call to speak with Cheedi himself, he told me the same thing the other tech told me, so after a month of no resolve, I told Cheedi I am coming to pick up my money and phone, he said it takes about a week for the check to be processed, I waited, after a week I call back, they can't find Cheedi, he's the one that deals with the owner and that he has to be the one to take care of that issue, I ask to speak to another manager, I got in contact with Terry T[redacted] who was very gracious and professional to help me in any which way he could, not knowing anything about this case, and not getting any info from Cheedi,

all I need is my money back, don’t even need the phone anymore, $125.00 was paid in cash, I need this issue resolve please, I told Terry I was going to report this to the local Revdex.com department, but they haven't done anything to resolve it yet, I told Terry I need to exhaust all efforts with management before doing so, if there's no resolve, then I will proceed with my motion then a lawsuit, nothing was done, all I want is for the company to just pay back the $125.00 and let me go in peace,

The Wigo Clinic has completely horrible customer service. I should have seem the sign when I left a screen protector there and an employee took it home. When I called to let them know I forgot it, they had to search for it then he brought it back for me to retrieve it. They have had numerous "managers" that have either quit or have gotten fired and I have been waiting for months for a refund that two of them were supposed to handle but have never done. It has now been 8months and I have received no answers and cannot seem to talk to someone that actually can handle giving me my refund. "THEY" say that they only have an email to the owner and he has not gotten back to them.
