Hi,

I have been a Wigwam customer since 1999. I purchase their ankle socks called SUPER 60 LOW CUT MEN'S (both black and white). I recently purchased $100 worth of socks and after just 1 or 2 weeks have holes and some socks are unraveling.

The company used to manufacture a good product. Unfortunately quality has waned considerably.

Also, I don't know why the consumer has to carry the burden of returning the product, pay for envelope, postage and the time to go the post office. After all, didn't I do what was required by paying full price for the product???

This attitude that the consumer must keep a business alive so that they can make a substandard product is way beyond my belief system.
