Overall Good Service.
I have ordered several wigs from Wig Ware House and thus far, I have been please with their service. The wigs have arrived in a timely fashion, the order has been correct and of good quality. If I had to offer something negative, it would be that I like lighter colors and the selection seems limited. I usually order a number 4, but it's always too dark. I am finding it difficult to find a reputable wig company on the internet that does exactly what it advertises, but I believe Wig Ware House stands up to its name.

Review: I ordered a wig on March [redacted] they said that it was backordered it has been almost a month and still no product

Review: I went to this website(wig warehouse) Wednesday September [redacted] 2015,as a guest. I put in my information after selecting a very tasteful wig called HH Britney color LX9953, was also given an order #[redacted] plus wig cost $69.95,(tax $9.80) w/S&H of $7.95, so far so good. You would think that was great right but wrong, two days later I wanted to check on the status of my order, so I went to their website and there was no record of my order. So I put in an Email and PW still nothing I called but only got a recording that said too leave a message on the website, I did 5xs w/all my information still access was denied but the cost of the wig was taken out of my TCF account. The only good thing was I use an account I use for only online purchases that only had the cost plus tax & ship handling for the item I would be ordering at that time. Before writing this complaint I once again tried to contact them now still no access to my account and was told wrong password so I change it and was told access account with their link I did that. Even their link deny me access. So now I had no choice but to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: Dear Sir or Madam, I will like a refund I do not which to have anymore dealings with Wig Warehouse King Inc. or whatever name they're going by. Also please keep me inform of any progress you make, even if you don't hear from them. Thank You very much for your time.(total $77.70) NOTE: I also provided a secondary email for them [redacted] and still nothing.

Review: On May *, 2015, I purchased a $50 gift certificate from this company. The gift certificate was to be emailed to my mother, as a Mother's Day gift. To this day, May **, 2015, the gift certificate was never sent to my mother. The funds were removed from my bank account. I made five email inquiries regarding the status of the purchase and no one ever replied back to me. I also phoned this company at the number provided and an answering machine picked up and no one returned my call. I feel if they do not want to honor their services, they should not be in business. They cannot even reply to an email inquiry as to the status of my purchase. Very disheartening and feel as if I have been robbed!Desired Settlement: I would like the sum of $50 returned back to my account. I paid for this item via [redacted]. This company had no issue of taking the money out of my account, but when I ask for a refund, I get no response and am out $50. Granted it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter. Thank you for your time.
