Review: Wii Shine specializes in refurbished appliances with a 30 day warranty. I purchased a refrigerator from them... The fridge worked for 5 days and stopped blowing cold air. After a week of begging, they finally came out to look at the fridge, replaced a part - the fridge worked for a day and then died again. It has been another week and a half since then and I'm still waiting for Wii Shine to come out and take care of the refrigerator. So by now it has been 24 days since the fridge was delivered and it worked a total of 6 days. During all this time, they've been totally uncooperative and unwilling to step up and honor their warranty. They never call me back, lie into my face, make empty promises - absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have a family with a little child living at the property and I had to buy a second fridge while I have been trying to resolve this issue with Wii Shine. At this point I do not want to deal with them ever again - I want them to take their deffective product back and refund me the money.Desired Settlement: I gave Wii Shine every chance in the world to honor their warranty and fix/replace the defective fridge they sold me. They already stood me up several times scheduling "fake" appointment with and never showing up. I can not waste anymore time on these people. I'd like to get my money back, return the fridge and forget about this nightmare.

Review: I went to purchase a washer and dryer from Wii Shine Appliance from an advertisement they posted on [redacted]. The Manager/Owner [redacted] offered us a deal with the purchase of the washer and dryer we get a 30 day warranty, so we accepted. He recommended the washer and dryer that was purchased stating that it was the best ones he had. Appliances was delivered the same night December 19, 2012. Ok the washer worked okay at first but the dryer had a problem with the hook up. We called [redacted] to send a technician out within the same week. He stated someone would be out the next day. No one showed and my friend sat home waiting for the technician with no call, so she left a message another message for [redacted]. I called him myself and we discussed the issue. He stated that he had was picking up more washers and to give him 48 hours, which I had. After about a week, we called him back. He states that they were closed and the owner had death in the family. He sends someone out they fix the dryer. In the meantime the wash is not cycling correctly. So we call him back before the warranty is out. Leave message after message til finally we get him, two week later. He states he had to fire and hire technicians so he didn't have the help but never contacted us. I spoke with [redacted] two weeks ago and he ask me to get the serial# because the washer needs a timer. Said he had ordered it. So I took a visit to the store he offered a different washer because he never ordered the timer. We went to see the washer it was not at the store. He then stated that he would get the timer and have it to us Monday three weeks ago. NO SHOW or timer. I spoke to him again trying to be understanding of the situation.Stated his mother passed.Water is spitting out of the washer/not cycling as it should and [redacted] has yet to fix it. I told him I would deliver it back. He asked me to give him a chance or he will honor giving me my money back. [redacted] he still have yet to order timer and fix the washer honoring the warranty.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to either refund the money or fix the washer ASAP with no excuses attached. If he can not honor my request then small claims court would be the next option.
