Review: I currently have a bed bug issue my apartment manager recommended wil-kil to come and resolve the situation. From the start it was a nightmare.

I would call the billing department several times to have the payment issued and would never receive a response. I asked a member of ether organization whom goes by [redacted] what kind of warranty the service included. He advised it was 30 days no questions asked if the problem resurfaced with in that time frame they would retreat at no extra cost. The treatment was performed on June 26th.

A couple of weeks after the treatment (around July 14th) bugs were back. I found them on my green chair, bedroom door and table in living room. I caught a live sample and put it in a plastic bag.

I tried calling [redacted] several times leaving several voicemails over the span of two weeks. but he would never return my phone call leading me to call customer service. They sent the technician out to check but by the time he got there the live sample had died.

Although I claimed they were on my chair and table in the living room the technician checked my bedroom and stated he couldn't find any new bugs and that I didn't have a living sample. Therefore they would not perform the entire treatment he just pulled out the baseboards and sprayed chemicals into the carpet area. This was on July 29th they finally sent the technician.

The day after he left I found three bugs on my bedroom door. I again took a live sample and tried to call wil-kil but never received a call back. I have been trying to call them all month with no luck.

The latest attempt was on Tuesday 26th of August. I made it very clear I was not happy with the amount of calls I have made with no call back. They promised me a regional manager would call me back. I did not hear from them all week. I tried calling after the Labor Day weekend September 2, 2014

This was the first time in nearly three months I actually spoke to [redacted]. When I stated my problem and cited he told me it was a 30 day no questions asked warranty to retreat his reply:

"I would like to recall that promise"

I got upset and told him I had to get back to work that I didn't have time to discuss it then. I tried calling him back 2 more times but no answer and no call backs.

This has been very trying for me just trying to get a hold of someone and once I do I don't get an answer just told I'll be called back, which never happens.

Now it appears they are not willing to treat my apartment again like they promised.

I know it is past the thirty days from original treatment but if they had called me back last month (July 14th) when I first called I would have been in the warranty timeframe

I know the bugs are still at my apartment I find live ones all the time but haven't captured a sample in a while. I am starting to get bitten again at night and finding shells in my bed room again (bed bugs shed their shells several times in their life span) and fecal matter on my sheets.Desired Settlement: I want them to follow thru with their warranty and retreat my apartment like promised to me over the phone. If they are not willing to do so I want to be reimbursed for the cost as they have not delivered all the services they promised to me.

Review: On July 26, 2013, I purchased a single course from the "university" and was billed in advance on my credit card. The course is administered on the web and requires a user name and password to access the course. I wrote down my password and my user name was supposed to be my email address. I have not been able to access the course and have tried several of my email addresses in combination with the password. I sent an email message indicating that I had tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer to access the course. Asked for help to no avail. Made telephone calls today (voicemail responses without a return call). I have better things to do than to chase after that which is due.Desired Settlement: I want someone to contact me and walk me through getting access to the course so that I might evaluate the overall training program; otherwise, I expect a refund of a mere $20.00 ASAP!

This company I would not recommend to anyone. They do not know how to handle their billing department and when you call to straighten things out, they still mess things up. I had set up a payment plan and while the first charge was taken out the next time they were supposed to charge my card they sent out a bill, I called to correct the mistake and I was assured that it would be taken care of, well I kept getting bills even after talking to this company several times, finally after sending a letter the payment was finally applied and my account was paid in full, but lo and behold I just received in the mail today a bill, which prompted me to write this review. Also, Wil-kil does not complete the job and the folks that come out to spray are telling people wrong information and implying that it is the law which in fact it is not. This company lacks customer service and common sense on all levels.

Far from an organized company. We started with them last year, the first time someone came out he only spot sprayed around the house, both inside and outside. Then the 2nd time they came back the technician apologized for not completely knowing what he was doing last time as we new. The 2nd time around he actually sprayed the right way and we didn't have as much of a bug problem. But then they billed us. I called and said no way am I paying for you to do the job right the 2nd time around, they said someone would call me back in regards to this issue but of course never got a call, instead I had to send a mighty fine fax to the company to hear anything from them. Finally, someone from the company came out and looked at the house and said they will stop sending us bills. Then of course a couple months after we received yet another bill. Then I called and never got another one. Just received a postcard that they will be coming out in May to spray the exterior and to call if we are having problems on the interior. So, of course we call because we have been having tons of spiders, and what happens, we get the usual 'Okay, someone will contact you shortly'. Today is now over a week after the first phone call. I woke up this morning and had to kill another spider and just got angry. So I e-mailed them and told them that if they can't keep to their contracts that we will cancel it and go to Valley Pest Control because they have time to spray us, we got a call within 30 minutes and an appointment set up. It shouldn't have to come to this just to have a home sprayed for bugs.

Wil-Kil Pest Control is the best pest control company I have used in many years. The tech in the Sheboygan Wisconsin area is just unreal. He is a true people person who knows how to do his job well. I would be proud to call this tech the face of my company. [redacted] goes above and beyond what I would have expected a tech to do. Thank you again and again!
