Review: I placed an order for a hard top for my Jeep Wrangler 9 weeks ago. After waiting 5 weeks I called to check the status of my order,. I was told it would be shipped out the following Monday. I then called every week for 4 weeks to check the status of my order, was told each week my top was being made and would ship out on the following Monday. Finally I told them I was sick of hearing this same lie every time I call. The salesmen finally said he didn't know when I was going to be made and agreed to refund my money and cancel my order. For 2 weeks now I have been waiting for my refund to be processed. I've been calling every day to check to see if my refund had been issued, and am told that only the CEO named Mel can issue me a refund. I have called every day trying to get a hold of him, but when I talk to the accounting department I am told he is not in and that I will be called back. I have never been contacted and continue to call everyday. I have also sent multiple email and have not received any responses. My card was charged $1700. I need this money back so I can purchase a hard top from another company.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund.
