 They did respond to one of my e-mails.  They told me that they process lots of orders and will be happy to ship the product or issue a refund.   They then informed me that the product was shipped to a wrong address.   Now they have said it shipped again and gave me a [redacted] tracking number that the [redacted] does not recognize.

Review: An order was placed around September [redacted] for two bottle of Fire Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce by mail, using a form provided on their website: [redacted]

A check was included in the order for a total of thirteen (13) dollars and fifty (50) cents. According to my bank statement, the check was cashed on September [redacted]. After several weeks of check being cashed, I tried calling the telephone number listed on their website. There was no response. I then sent an email on October [redacted] requesting an estimated time of arrival of product. There was no response to the email. I then called them a second time on October [redacted], with no response. This time I left a voice message requesting assistance and a reference to the email that had been sent. I also sent another email on the same date, referring to the previous email. There has been no response to either forms of contact. Prior to writing this complaint, I tried calling a third time, also with no answer. I have now sent them a third email letting them know that I was placing a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the order to either be fulfilled in a timely manner or the purchase amount refunded.

Review: I ordered some bottles of chipotle hot sauce (can't remember the exact amount because it was so long ago!) I know the total amount was $26 because I have a copy of the cashed check. It was cashed in June of 2014. I have since contacted the company and after leaving several messages threatening to report them, I did hear from one employer in October of last year who reassured me that despite not being able to find my order form, he would immediately send out the order himself. I have yet to receive said product. I want my sauce or money back!!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund or product

Review: At the beginning of January 2014 I mailed in an order form and a check. The check was cashed right away but my order was never shipped to me. I have tried to get a hold of someone at the company several times and have not received a response. I have attempted to call and email them several times and they have not responded to any of the calls or emails. In my last email and phone call I did tell them if they did not get back to me within in a certain time range that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. While I was researching other ways to contact them I came across several other complaints, on the Revdex.com website, with the same problem that is occurring with me.Desired Settlement: Either they need to give me a refund or ship out the product to me in a manner where I can track it, to make sure they actually shipped it to me. (UPS or FEDEX perferably)

Review: I have ordered hot sauce from this company before, and it has taken up to two months after the check clears to receive the product. This time, my check cleared on 4/**/15, and I have yet to receive my product (7/**/15). I have called several times, and they have claimed their system is down and they have to look me up manually , but now they will not even pick up or return my calls. I would like a refund of my $27, or the hot sauce. That is all I am asking them for.Desired Settlement: I would prefer they deliver the order, but a refund is also acceptable if it is too much to ask to have he product I asked for actually delivered. I will never order from them again, even though we love their product.

Review: I ordered on-line Wild Coyote Hot Sauce on February **, 2014 . A check in the amount of $29.00 was sent to them on this date,Cashed on March **, 2014 and as of today I have not received the sauces.

There were at least 4 phone calls to them in the last week and I have not received any response.

I sent an email requesting an order status on 4/**/15 that was never responded to. Review: We placed an order for several bottles of hot sauce in December 2013. Per the company's direction, we mailed the order form, along with a check for payment. The check was made out for $308. The check was cashed at the end of December. We have called and emailed several times, at first with no response. Then the company emailed to say that the hot sauce was being held up by the FDA, and would ship as soon as possible. They offered to send some free products as an apology for the delay. When we heard nothing, we tried calling and emailing again in March 2014, and had no response. We then received an email and were told that the hot sauce would ship shortly, and they could not send one of the items we ordered, but that they would send a substitute for free. There was still no shipment, so we called and emailed again several times in early April, and were finally told in early May that the order would be shipped from Texas on May *, 2014. It is now May **, and we have not receieved the order, nor have we received a tracking number. Emails and calls still go unreturned.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or return of funds.

Review: I placed an order for several bottles of hot sauce with this company by mail. I sent it on 12/**/15. The check ([redacted]) for $44.50 was cashed on 12/**/15. However, I have not yet received the order one month later. On 1/**/16, I both emailed and called the company about my order. No response at all. I would like a refund or better yet, the bottles that I ordered.Desired Settlement: Delivery of the hot sauces, or a refund of my money.

Review: On March **, 2014, I ordered 2 bottles of hot sauce from them. Took the trouble to write out a check and mail it because mail is the only way to contact them. On April *, 2014, my check was cashed. That was the last I heard from them. No hot sauce. And no way to contact them other than by letter.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, but I will accept the two bottles I ordered, if delivered promptly.

Review: I submitted and order on December **,2013 with a check for $136. The check was cashed according to my bank statements. After not receiving the product, I began to call and email them asking for the status of the order. I finally got a phone call back late in March promising me that I would have my order filled and delivered by April [redacted] I did not receive the product and so began dozens of emails along with dozens of voice mails. I instructed the that if they could not deliver the product , then at least return my money. Up to this point my requests have gone unanswered. They promised the product plus a few extra bottles , but nothing to this point. Their product is good , but the mail order is terrible. The lack of response is what really annoys me. They can take your money, but can't respond to inquiries as to delivery or product. At this point I would either like the product or a full refund.Desired Settlement: Refund or delivery of product with promised compensation

Review: We ordered 12 bottle of hot sauce after being given a bottle of the fire roasted garlic at a wedding and thinking it was great. We'll my wife sent a check for $75.00 and picked a variety of other flavors in January the check was cashed and my wife was hoping to surprise me for my birthday and hoping these would arrive in time. Well not only did they not arrive in time we are in MAY and they have never responded to 3-5 emails or 3-5 phone calls with messages. For a company that makes a great hot sauce, you really need to get your act together and treat customers that appreciate your product the way they deserve to be treated.Desired Settlement: Please either refund our money or follow through on the delivery of the product.

Review: Placed a mail order per instructions on Wild Coyote website, using their downloadable form. (Online ordering is not an option). Sent payment on 12/**/2013 in the amount of $42.50 to cover cost of product and shipping.My check was cashed January **, 2014 - as confirmed with my banking institution. Product had not been received. Placed repeated phone calls to the Wild Coyote office, leaving a detailed voice mail with my contact information in each instance. No response from seller - although their recorded message states that "your business is very important to us".Apparently not, because I followed up with an email Feb [redacted], giving full details of order, pricing and my contact information again. Still no reply: neither electronically nor by telephone, and my husband made several additional calls himself.Desired Settlement: I wish a full refund from Wild Coyote in the amount of $42.50. We have purchased the products of this vendor at several Farmers Markets in the area, and were very pleased with their quality. However, their lack of response to my very politely worded emails and telephone inquiries has completely soured us on further business with this company. I make every attempt to purchase from small, locally owned businesses to support their work; however, this is one vendor I will no longer frequent.

Review: I ordered hot sauces from the company using their order form and per their instructions. They cashed my check on December **, 2015 and I have yet to receive my product. When I call no one answers and when I email I get no response. I had already contacted the company to confirm that this was the best way for me to place the order and was emailed back that it was. I emailed and then called the company to follow up on May [redacted] and actually received a call back saying that my order would be shipped on June [redacted]. I emailed and called again on June [redacted] and [redacted] since I had not yet received my order, and I have not yet heard back from the company.Desired Settlement: Either a delivery of my order or a refund of the money I paid.
