Upon arrival, was able to select from a variety of like machines by reviewing the inventory tags attached to them depicting CPU speed, memory, 32/64 bit, etc. The "used warranty" was clearly explained and they were to make themselves available for any question I may have in the future. Made my purchase and have had absolutely no trouble with it for nearly 3 years - still going strong! I have recommended their business to a number of friends and clients as being priced fairly with excellent customer service.
