Hello: First, as far as Mr***'s accusation that the foreman told him *** doe not "lord over his company" ; as I was privy to over hear that call he did not use that wordingHe simply statrd that *** does not stand around or sit around waiting for callsHe does travl a lot as
we fo also supply and have for years--decades even: individual military troopsWith regard to the prioirity mail system, it is a fact that tracking cannot be done after monthsThat information is stated quite clearly on the usps websiteWe have had this happen with other people this year and, to us on items we have returned for repair to other companiesAs far as what is on complaints review board; most are lies done by competitors friendsThe "supposed' disabled veteran is named Sgt** *** who, DUMID receive hi holsters , bragged about partying every week , dancing flirting with the male employers when he called (we have no issues regarding orientation and have had and do have people from the LGB Cmmunity work for us) however, Sgt ***'s sexual flirtations by phone were not wanted by the heterosexual males he flirted withAnd, that order was made with and filled by a corporation that *** licensed and did not have any stock ownership inIn adfition, that was at least years ago*** , formerly in the legal profession and, his various attorneys have, over the years shut down website, sued two individuals, shut a large company down and, made fools of smith wesson forum complainers (who had tried to have a fake product made), which was dropped by the sub-standard cothat made it or...attempted to, by showing their innuendos, insults and lies by means of many editorials about his fine priducts afterIn addition, any of the few customers who had complained on that forum , also ordered from a coThat was licensed by *** then ent on American Heroes Internet radio, entitled " You Can't Tap and Run AwayIt is archived and is Xxx rated and, a show run by Lt*** ***, LAPD ,RetMB , P.hDNONE of ***'s satisfied customers were allowed to post positive commentsTHAT is not a forumThat forum and it's members are being dealt with in a unique way in the near future. And many of those forum members DID receive holstets from that corporation***, on the show offered that if members would nit hide behind user fake names, take their insults off, he would sell them a holster--since he was not liable for the other coAnd is owed over 85,in royalties by them--*** would sell forum members who adhered a holster for 1dollar plus shippingNOT ONE person called into the showAs Lt*** put it " cowards don't call in." *** has also been a guest twice and co-hosted a crime show on Anerican Heries with the Miami Dade DASo much for Internet liesOur firenan is correct: it is clearly stated in our website that we do not give reunds ,only in-house creditIt is unfortunate that Mr***'s holster was mis-directed by the post but, the foreman did cut another block out of leather for himWe are taking Mr*** at his word that he didn't receive itMore than 250,holsters have been sold and delivered by *** --not counting companies he's licensed over the plus years he has been in business dealing in the USA and NationsThe foreman's dexmcision standsWe cannot track, we are taking Mr *** at his word and will ship him a holsterI will inform the foreman to call "Dutch" as he apparantly likes to be called--againPeopke do have things come up and, we are short-handed, busy and therefore sonetimes calls may be missed or not made exactly when promised(Please excuse any typos as, we are having some Word issues)Thank youAnne, Clerical WILD GUNS LEATHER CO

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This has been an ongoing practice of this business and its owner for many yearsConstant excuses, usually the same ones over and over, as can be seen in the well documented online forums containing numerous complaints from customers who waited well over a year, some of them enduring the same belligerent attitude from *** that I am putting up with, only to never receive their merchandiseI was told by phone when I ordered that I would receive a tracking number, I never received a phone call, email, nothingAfter reading the long history online of abuse by this company to so many other customers, I do not believe for a minute that anything was shipped to me. I have read his numerous belligerent emails and responses here and have no doubt that I will never see my holster or my which was stolen from meI plan to continue pursuing this through this forum as well as any others where people need to be informed of this businesses practicesI also doubt I am the first one to file a complaint about this businessIf enough people stand up against people like this, they will eventually be forced to answer for their misdeeds or hopefully go out of business for good, so no one else is harmed.

I purchased a Dirty Harry shoulder holster in December at that time I was told to expect del by April when I called they told me I was mistaken the it would be November then when I called I was told it would be in December then when I called they told me January of then is was it weeks call after call date changed I was told on May that I would receive by May that my holster was on the bench for finishing I called May 18, and after msg left I received a call Sunday May 22, and was cursed out by a person by the name of *** I want my holster or my money so I can purchase from a Real American Business

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I have tried to work with ***, and have only been "stalled" in that attemptYour Shop Manager was not the one who told me " *** does not stand around and lord over his company", it was the voice on the "place order" phone lineI have been blocked from both your phone numbers and I can now only "leave a message"I have requested "many times" to speak with ***, and I am still waiting to hear from your shop manager ***I was told that because I had looked up the "Complaints" against Wild Guns Leather (all which mirror my situation) that it will take even longer to now receive my holsterYou say my holster is being worked on, tell me when it is I can expect to receive the holster I ordered over months ago ? You said you were present and overheard the conversation between myself and *** the shop manager, then you heard *** say that he would contact me that following Monday or Tuesday, what happened to that return call ? I was told by *** the shop manager that you do not give "refunds" because of the "lifetime warranty" on the holster So I have no holster, that has a "lifetime warranty" on it, and I can not get my money backAgain, you said you are working on another "replacement holster" for me, when can I expect delivery of that holster ? I am still requesting a full refund for a product that was never delivered

Hello: We have no record of any calls incoming that were blocked on 22-Jan-In addition, we do not have a record of a *** in our electronic records, nor in our phone record files which, are in alphabetical orderWe do block spam callets such as auto-call telemarketers but, the phone
number provided by the person complaining herein, is not in that list eitherIt is a remote possibilty that Mr*** "slipped through the cracks" and many hard files were destroyed or made illegible as a result of our shop being hit by Hurricane HarveyFEMA inspectors have made inspections and a claim is in the processFEMA has slowed down and has provided multiple hurdles regarding reimbursement for claimEven theitr records make no sense as, the inspector filed a report clearly showing damages on Nov.1, yet, FEMA sent a denial letter on thst date?? Hence, FEMA'S records are not in order; probably due to the fact that an inspector was removed from the case since the 1st inspector was transferred and she actually yelled at people in the coFEMA agreed that she needed to be replaced ,which happened and the next inspector filed a very detailed report on Nov 1, However, there is a glitch due to the female inspector filing a not able to inspect reportHowever, a report was filed and the process of appeal is being done at typical slow Goverment speedsTherefore, the shop is at 25% capacity re: production times However, for us not to have Mr*** in call records nor, in our customer name & phone data base would be a firstWe will be contacting Mr*** as, we need some more factsThank you, ***, Clerical for Wild Guns Leather Co

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and tentatively find this resolution satisfactory to me. I look forward to Wild Guns Leather's call to fully resolve this matterFirst, I must point out the name is *** with an “a” not an “o” on the chance that the spelling correction makes a difference in searching your recordsSecond, I called on my business number which is restrictedThis could have resulted in your call blocker rejecting my numberThe number I provided is my public numberI apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in resolving this matter

I neglected to dcroll all the way down to [redacted] condensed-to-duit-his-own -erroneus lie. ( he contacted in early July, I got info from foreman as shipped , I was mostly in Way South Texss in valley and the mear Brownsville, ...

mailed that to him, , did NOT receive email adter a week or two so, figured it was shipped. I then found out it eas shipped late Feb, 2017. And [redacted] took exactly 2 months & 1 week to inquire again. He can offer no proof to the contrary because what I said is. As I mentioned, I told him shipped and he waits 2 months and 1 week to inquire again? A child knows better. Since I hadn't scrolled down to his made-up story which is contradicted by his lengthy email to me that he posted in public places; I responded back with terse, real facts and warned him not to insult my and my family's proud NAVY heritage-- I suggest my suggestion: we can and will send you the emails and that will be our answer. I am quite busy with a family member who, is injured in a serious way and will not perticipate in  this folly; other than forwarding you the emails from him to me, me to him and our clerk [redacted] to him. Period. I have this, far spent  160.00 of co. Funds on clerical time. I will not spend anymore funds on this lunatic. Our website is quite clear: we do not give refunds, only in-house credit. Everyone must be treated with the same terms & policy.  However, [redacted] is not eligible for that. I've owned several businesses for more than 50 years. I don't meed him to say "don't we keep electronic records. Yes, we do; however some external drives were destroyed in the hurricane. Good thing we do keep (as he thinks is ridiculous---paper with records. Altough ,many of those were destroyed as well. Next time you visit a specialist MD or Dentist: note the thousands of hard paper files in the reception area. Let me know: Extension, Send you emails ,and this erroneous and defaming actions from him ate being handled and his complaint to you goes to bed. Kindest regards,[redacted] and

We are rejecting this ridiculous rejection. At this point, the conplainant is clearly trying to cause extra work and playing games. He is firtunate that the foreman takes him at his word and offered a re-build. Our first response detailed the facts re: of being not able to track after the 6 month limit of usps and our clearly-stated policy in our wbsite. We will have no further coments on this--at this stage--redundant--issue. Sincetely, [redacted], Clerical, WILD GUNS LEATHER CO.

Mr. [redacted] was shipped. However, at this late date, it is impossible to properly track. Some other people who ordeted when he did also got misdirected or tjeir were carrier issues. Many people who ordered after he were...

delivered.

Mr. [redacted] can get a credit from his bank to his card. Banks will say there is a time limit but, thete is not IF a person never received their purchase. I have seen people who eere skipped over due to computer error get credited even after 14 months. WE cannot CREDIT him as we no longer use that merchant DUE to their keeping funds and doing ftaudulent chargebacks. We are, therefor, possibly entering into litigation against them .It is against banking doctrine as well to issue cash For a card. And our attorney advised that even if we could , that could set in defects in the merits of our case against.them.
So, Mr. [redacted] needs to insist on a CREDIT from his Bank.
We deliver holsters every week and our patent brand has been doing so For 38 years.
We ate responding 1 day befote your April 7, 2014 deadline. I trust you will record this properly.
Thank you.

Hello: The complainant's issue is being addressed. According to records, it had been shipped. However, receipts nowadays ate printed with ink that fades in even moderate heated conditions; thereby making it impossible to read and track. So, on the complainant's word, I have ordered another holster...

to be built. The co. also had slow-downs in the summer with flooding in Texas which, extended the time of being in partial production into the early Winter. So, the issue is being addressed. Kind regards, Jan

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by business on Jan. 12,2016. I was told the same story and living in a town of 900 people things get delivered! I will believe it when I see it. The Attorney General for Iowa got their attention. I wlll get holster but don't know the quality money would be better.
