Review: I had James rebuild a wall that had been falling down towards my driveway. When his guys finished the wall is now leaning into my planter instead of being vertical. We are not at all happy about that. In addition, I have been waiting for a month now for a receipt and a document stating the work that was done in case this wall should fail in the future. I have called James every week just about begging him for my paperwork with no response. I think this is totally unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I just want my darn receipt and explanation of services
