Wild West Chevrolet

After several visits to Auto Dealerships I went to Yerington. I want to recommend Wild West Chevrolet in Yerington, NV for doing such a great job When we arrived we were left alone to look and not hound us. Josh was a young man, polite, well mannered. Michael P[redacted] explained what they said that was no "I forgot to add this charge" or hidden costs. It was upfront, honest, straight up. Two days after I bought the truck I received a call from Hillary who handles finance for Wild West she called to tell me that she found another lender for 1/2% lower. DO companies still do this sort of "customer service". She then asked if she could send a driver to my house 75 miles away to sign the new contract finance papers. The man came fro Yerington to Mound House, polite, nice man. I think many dealerships could learn from them how to treat a customer, how to be honest. What a selling concept.
