I have used this company for several projects I had new windows put in to my rental house then several years later we were remodeling the kitchen and when removing the cabinets we found rotten wood from the window not being sealed properly! I called Jad the owner and he said he needed a few days to come out! He never came out and never called back! I also had him put a new roof on the same house and a nail came up shortly after I called him and he came out and had a worker come and hit it with a hammer It popped up again and now I'm having to replace the roof along with drywall and wood from water damage

called three times trying to get them to make repairs, owner stated he would send someone to repairhave waited six weeks they were no show no call
had to have bathroom and kitchen fixed to make it handicap accessible said he would have bathroom ready in two weeks I gave him a check to start and another after 1st week he pulled out for one week it took six weeks to get bath done said he would clean up weekly first week he cleaned then left trailer full of trash and garbage bags stacked all over driveway on two separated occasion I would give him a check and he would pull his workers outhe would only keep people working when I refused to pay him any more money until he finishedjob had several quality problems that had to be resolvedthe biggest problem now is when he installed new shower the valves for hot and cold water was left out shower started leaking and I could not turn water off without having to get my wife go down a set of old steep steps and turn off main water off r

Wildcat Construction was requested to replace an exterior door (including "J-channel" siding and other related components) and damaged floor planks for a flat $1, Work began on Monday, February 26, as promised Door was installed in a minimally acceptable fashion (sloppy but operational) and flooring was replaced as requested; however, the replace floor planks used have obvious defects and several (4-6) contiguous planks now have obvious damage that was not present prior to the work of Wildcat Construction These planks contain multiple scratches ranging from 2cm to 10cm
