The A/C was not properly diagnosed in spite of paying over $1,This caused great aggravation since I had to get another car while the car was being repaired again in El Paso for transportation to go to my medical appointments from injuries sustained in IraqOn October, I was called by KnoxFord GM and was instructed to get copy of the labor performedI told him that during this coming week I will get it and e mail it to himThis has caused me great aggravationIncorrect or incomplete diagnosis of A/C damaged parts; A/C was not repaired properly, had a temporary fix for a few days and, as result I was not able to go back to KnoxFord while being in TexasNon accountability for incomplete diagnosis and repair of the A/C, being erroneously informed that it was properly fixed by Mr [redacted] and non accountability of warranty in addition to aggravation to get another car while being repaired.I initially took the car to [redacted] within a week after being given the car at KnoxFordIt was repaired two weeks later after taking the car again to KnoxFord due to the fact that I had to make arrangements to leave the Ford Focus for approximately two weeks for repairI have been a client in KnoxFord for approximately 3-years, but I am not satisfied with the incorrect diagnosis/ repair of A/C in spite of paying $1,and lack of accountability as stated in their response to Revdex.com

The customer purchased an Escape and complained of a mechanical issue which we were never able to verifyWe had our technician drive the vehicle for several days and never found a problemThe customer did not make a payment and the vehicle was repossessed

We Called Mr [redacted] and requested a copy of the repair ticket performed by [redacted] in El Paso TexasWe have not received a copy from Mr [redacted] We called [redacted] and they faxed us the repair ticketAfter viewing the Repair order from June 23, Mr [redacted] vehicle came in with a/c compressor locked up and a hole in condenserWe replaced a/c compressor, condenser under the hood of the vehicle and vac/ recharge a/cThen we reviewed the [redacted] repair from July 17, [redacted] performed A different repair [redacted] replaced the evaporator and housing assembly these parts are under the dash inside the vehicle to replace these parts the dash and console has to be removedThe parts that Knox ford installed on Mr [redacted] vehicle did not fail and additional repairs were required after he got to Texas--

Mr *** was contacted by our GM at Knox Ford and arranged to have the repair made at our expenseMr*** is a good customer and we apologize for his inconvenience

Our General Manager met with Mr. [redacted] on 1/18/2016 and agreed to change the oil and filter to the proper oil. Our parts department inadvertantly pulled the wrong oil. The oil was changed and the alignment was rechecked and was at the correct specification. Mr. [redacted] was advised that his tires may...

need to be rotated if it continues to pull left. He was also reinbursed the difference between the $25. discount and the 20% discount which he should have received.l

As result, the A/C was not checked completely. What happened with the labor warranty? The A/C was not properly diagnosed in spite of paying over $1,500. This caused great aggravation since I had to get another car while the car was being repaired again in El Paso for transportation to go to my medical appointments from injuries sustained in Iraq. On 13 October, 2017 I was called by KnoxFord GM and was instructed to get copy of the labor performed. I told him that during this coming week I will get it and e mail it to him. This has caused me great aggravation.
