Review: I have 3 issues with [redacted] relating to our purchase of wood flooring for two rooms on May 29, 2014:1) [redacted] website claims that you can save time and money if their representative measures so ..."you won't have to worry about purchasing too much...". Their representative measured our two rooms. When the job was complete I had one open box of wood and one unopened box. I was told since their distributor will only take back three or more boxes I could not get a refund. This goes against what their website advertised.2) When their representative came to measure, we discussed installation of two thresholds for the new flooring. I wanted them to match (at least be close) to the color of the existing threshold from an earlier installation. The representative said they could. After the floors were installed, they could not match the existing threshold as promised. Since it was becoming a major issue, we cancelled the two thresholds. ** had told me that separate installation of a threshold would cost $150.00. Their position is that I am not entitled to a refund because when I paid $620 for installation it included the threshold. The thresholds were not installed.3) They would not honor a coupon that advertised a bonus $150 off a minimum of $1350. The total of our invoice was $3424. Their position was that they gave me a discount already and would not honor the coupon. There is nothing on my sales agreement that indicates any discount and I do not believe I got any kind of discount.Desired Settlement: 1) I believe our purchase total was 16 boxes (it was not itemized on sales agreement) for a total of $2053. We are entitled to a refund of $120 for the unopened box. I understand we keep the opened box.2) I am entitled to a refund for the two thresholds that were not installed. I will accept $150 (although according to their figures I'm entitled to $300).3) I am entitled to $150 for that coupon.I am entitled to a total refund of $420.00.
