I never heard of Wildtree before until I went to a small farmer's market in the greater Houston, TX areaI sampled some things and didn't want to be rude so I bought a flavored olive oilIt was fine but nothing special that I couldn't make at home in less than a minuteI did not buy more products after that nor did I sign up for anything yet I have continued to receive emails continuously despite my attempting to log out (there's always an error when I click the unsubscribe button and the representative says she's remove me but yet I somehow still get these emails)It's very frustrating and time consuming to have to go through over and over and over againI get that the reps are trying to make money but they need to respect people's wishes if they choose not to receive email communication and are not interested in purchasing more products

The customer service from the coorperate office is shameful! I was directed to the 1-800 number by the rep I used for hosting a freezer meal workshop and I was appalled by the horrible customer service I received; they stated their policy is not to handle situations but that will change in Feb 2015! Not even an apology was given!
