I would like to inform you that the contractor finally honor the warranty repair and fixed my driveway on 8/22/14. The contractor had finally repaired the cracks on my driveway

Review: Last year, I hired Wiley Paving to pave my asphalt driveway with a one year warranty on August 1, 2013 (for a total of $2,800). Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not live up to the standard and the driveway has many cracks along the edge of the driveway. Since my new asphalt driveway is still within the one year warranty, I try to contact Wiley Paving to have them come fix the problem. I have been very patient with the company by calling, mailing, and texting since June and they are not responding back to me in a timely matter. Since my one year warranty will expire this August, this is the reason why I am filing this complaint. As a consumer, what are my rights in this situation? I am tired of calling/mailing/texting and getting the run around and being ignored. I feel helpless in this situation and not sure what else I can do. Please advise help ASAP!!!Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. P.S. I am filing a complaint with the NJ Consumer Affair as well(please see attached file).Desired Settlement: If the company is not going to honor their warranty, they should refund 1/2 of the money back to me. I will use that money to hire another contractor to fix the problem.
