Hi, I want to bring to your attention an employee who behaved in a very unprofessional way which will reflect poorly on youI had received a voice message on my work phone ###-###-#### from a woman looking for someone by the name of Regina referring to a complaint filed by her #So I went out of my way to call you to let you know you have the wrong number so you can contact the right personI called ###-###-#### around 10am today and the young man who picked up the phone was so rude and unprofessional I was completely stunnedThe first time he hung up on me I thought that surely he didn't just hang up on me when I was in the middle of giving him the information from the voice messageSo I called back to give him the name and the rest of the details from the voice message and again he answers in the most unprofessional manner going so far as to accuse me of harassment for calling back then hanging up againAt that point I gave up but I know if I had spoken to one of my clients the way this young man spoke to me I'd be at the very least reprimanded and re-trainedAgain this will reflect poorly on you so I want to bring this to your attention before an actual customer gets on the phone with this personThanks,

I was contacted by a *** *** from Wilhelm, Wolfe and Associates in regards to a debt that I somehow oweThey informed me that I could negotiate the amount to a lower amount and it would be paid in fullThey even advised me to contact my bank and the will prove that I owe the money for this "old Account"I called the bank and they have no record of the account and have verified all my accounts are in good standingI asked Mr *** for more proof that I owe this money for this old account and he indicated he does not have to show it to meThat he will bring it up in court if it gets thereAlso on his website it indicates he is the CEO of the company and when we started talking money he said he would have to "ask his boss if he could take a lower amount"This whole things sounds fishy to me and I am just wondering what I should do next
