Review: When working with the billing department to set up payment plans there was little to no assistance given. I took all the money I had from my 401k which turned out to be half of the amount needed to settle. After speaking with a manager I was informed I had to pay a minimum of $165 a month. I let the supervisor know I couldn't agree to this amount as I don't make enough to cover that payment. I asked to pay the $1,900 I had taken from my 401k in order to lower the monthly payment to $50 which I could afford to make. I was denied as I was told the policy stated I had to pay $165. I to this day have never stated I could make those payments. I was informed if for any reason I could not make my payment or if it was going to be late to call and let them know so no collection would be sent. I have called and made my payments each month. I called in my august payment and could only pay $65 they took the payment with no issues. When the statement came out for September it said no payment had been received in over 30 days which was incorrect. I called 855-283-9093 and spoke with a Tiffany. I let her know I had two problems. First being the statement had the same amount for the balance as it has had for several months. And second the statement saying I had made no payment in 30 days. Tiffany put me on hold and spoke with her supervisor who stated they saw my august payment but we're unsure as to why it wasn't reflected. Tiffany said this would take research and she would call me back. I asked to make my payment while I had her on the phone. She took my September payment and I have yet to hear back from Tiffany or her supervisor. I am currently in the midst of refinancing my home and was called late tonight showing my loan has been placed on hold due to a collection being placed on my account from the hospital for $90. This has taken my credit score down over 20 points. I have received no letters or phone calls requesting $90 payment and wouldn't have known about this had I not been refinancing my home.Desired Settlement: I want this collection removed from my credit immediately and a letter stating that has been done. I want a call from a manager in the billing department. I want answers as to why when making the payment I was able to make I was never informed this was an issue, why did I receive no follow up in regards to the payment and why was this put into collections with no notification
