We have spoken to the customer and this matter, which involves maintenance fee payments to a community association, has been resolved for the most part. Some confusion occurred because two accounts are maintained for the customer related to the community in which he resides, one for the
Condominium Association (COA) and one for the Homeowners Association (HOA). Separate payments are made each month to the COA and the HOA. We received a notice from the association’s bank advising us that the customer’s ACH payment for the COA was not pulled for one or two months in (through no fault of the customer). This led to communications with the customer about his COA account. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the problem actually related to the customer’s ACH payment for the HOA. The customer has contacted his bank to research the transaction(s) at issue and we await further documentation from the customer to conclude this matter
