For the past three years we have been using this vendor for our team participants without a problem. The quality of the shirts have always been up to par with no complaints. Just recently, I made a request for our fourth order from this company. I cannot express the disappointment with the way they handled our charity organization. They increased the price of the shirts by 55-58% and when I pointed it out the discrepancy in the cost per shirt from this year going back to 2014, my concerns went ignored. I broke down the pricing quotes I have received in the past (and orders) and refuted the rationale provided for the increase. The Sales Manager, John H[redacted] refused to address the individual shirt increase and continued on blaming the increase on the set up fee versus the individual cost of each shirt which is clearly outlined on the quote. I exchanged emails with Mr. H[redacted] revealing his discrepancies and pointing out where he was inaccurate. The base price of the shirts in the past were 55-58% less and that amount would not fluctuate on overall amount ordered. But he insisted on deflecting and just repeated what he had already said as if I provided no justification to question the considerable price increase. I attempted to discuss this issue with Richard W[redacted]. However, instead of taking a moment to provide good customer service by acknowledging the 55-58% increase, he advised he was sorry their pricing did not meet my approval and advised I should seek out a new vendor. This is not business, nor should it be handled in this manner. Neither of these men chose to acknowledge my clear concerns or explain the price increase accurately. I could have understood if he unlike Mr. H[redacted] took a moment to review my concerns and then explain maybe the reason for the individual shirt price increase. No, he chose the easy route. He chose to not even work with our charity a couple of months before our event. Even after I emailed and advised I was taken aback no one is willing to address the drastic increase in the pricing per shirt. I am further disheartened at the lack of customer service when I have shown the discrepancy in the prior pricing versus the justification provided. I am not just complaining without premise, I have the paperwork to prove the price discrepancy and disprove the reasons provided. Their willingness to part ways in such a short manner with a consumer who disagrees on their pricing based on past services, especially when we loved their work product is disheartening.

This Incident occurred when an employee sent a credit application to a new customer. When the...

employee sent the application she was not able to open the application and since It was title "Credit
Applicatlon" the employee assumed it was a blank application. However this application did contain the complainant information. This was one Isolated incident. This Is not a security breach. The
complainant application has since been removed and deleted from this one specific computer.
The complainant has been offered a discount on any further order.
Will Enterprises has on staff IT employees that monitor our computer for security.

Review: I am a business which has used Will Enterprise Inc in the past...I have paid for services rendered with a business credit card which they have on file.....today a gentleman called me stating his name and telling me that he was in the process of working with Will Enterprise and needed to submit credit information that required a form which Will enterprise sent him.... a form with all MY BUSINESS information, credit information, ALL NUMBERS bank information..etc.... He also stated that he was a nice guy and thought our business should know~~~It is obvious that Will Enterprise does not have a secure system for cards or information. I have now canceled our business card ~ which is just and enormous hassle because of their lack of security.Desired Settlement: They compensate my business for the hassle of canceling the working credit card and re-establishing all our auto accounts....that they get a secure accounting system for their e-mail and storage credit cards and become compliant and that the woman who sent the e-mail with all the information apologies...Her name was Sally according to the gentleman that notified us.
