Review: Will's RV fraudulently charged $525.50 to my bank account without a verbal or signed consent form and without even sending us a bill. We have contacted them twice since last week when the charge occurred and it is still not in our account. Days before christmas this is inexcusable! Our bank can not even reverse the charges waiting because they ran the fraudulent charge as a debit and now other items in our account have bounced. As a result you have made our days before christmas anxiety ridden and miserable. You have taken all of our money and left in it "limbo" and now we can not finish christmas shopping. Our bank says it can take up to 5 business days. If that is true it will be after christmas!! Upset does not even begin to describe the feeling I have right now and when we called this morning the office manager is out today. I am disappointed in the callous actions of others and deeply disturbed that the refund was obviously not issued right away like we were told it would be. On friday, december 19th, we were told by the office manager that the money would be in our account by 5pm. It is now after noon on 12/22 and we are still without money that was essentially stolen from us.Desired Settlement: I want my money back immediately!!

The September invoice was sent to his home several times. The office personnel handling the storage charged his account without prior consent in error on December 16th. When this customer called her on December 18th, she immediately credited his account. We send the credit card receipts showing the transactions to him. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused it was purely a mistake by our office girl which was rectified immediately. She stated that when she talked to Mr [redacted] and told him she would fix the error, he was very friendly and told her it was not a problem.
