As to the above complaint, there are two things that are relevant to the situation. The two things are facts and communication.
Fact: Yes the painting was done in June, the second week in June which was two weeks later than specified. At that point DelCampo Mechanical was already...

involved in completing two other jobs. Also the carpenter asked that we not work immediately after the painters so that he could set the kitchen cabinets.
Fact. The week of June 23, DelCampo Mechanical was onsite to set fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. DelCampo Mechanical installed the gas line for the stove and installed the kitchen sink. Communication, The stove and dishwasher were not on site. The bathroom lavatory faucet was incorrect and did not fit the vanity supplied by the homeowner.
Fact. The week of July 14th, while personally on vacation, my son contacted the homeowner and told him that DelCampo Mechanical was not available that week.
Fact. The week of July 21st, DelCampo Mechanical was onsite, the supplied dishwasher was there but did not fit within the cabinetry and the contractor refinishing the floors was using an existing electric outlet that prevented the installation of the stove.
Fact. The week of July 28th, DelCampo Mechanical was onsite. Communication, A key was supposed to be available to enter the house through the back door. The key was locked inside the house. Access through the front door was not available because the hardwood floors were not finished.
The homeowner is acting as his own general contractor. Communicating with all the contractors involved is a time consuming, arduous job. The homeowner did nothing wrong. However if one cannot regulate the who. what, where and when. it really isn't anyone else's fault. This particular job has been ongoing since November. 2013 so we can understand that the homeowner is anxious to complete his home. Previous work and inspections have been completed without problems. DelCampo Mechanical has been available these past months, informing and helping in any way possible, even recommending the current carpenter when the homeowner realized that the project was more than he felt comfortable completing himself. And while we at DelCampo Mechanical apologize for not completing the job faster we also feel tha1 an additional couple weeks at the end of such a long project does not warrant a letter to the Revdex.com

Excellent company. Very knowledgeable personnel. Work is always done right and completed in a timely fashion. Cleanup efficient and thorough.

Here is why I will only continue to use DelCampo Mechanical Services as my plumber and why you should, too. I've used them before, once in my previous home and one in this new home. Upstairs bathroom drain ran slow so I called for appointment to have it "snaked out." Noticed shortly afterward that drain smelled like a dirty acquarium and called company to ask why. Bill D[redacted] believed it was not a problem with the drain or the trap but I insisted that someone address it. Bill sent out two of his best and they diagnosed the smell coming from the overflow holes. They were right. They told me how they were going to address it and solved the problem without charging me for this follow-up service. Going forward, they advised me how to maintain it so it will never smell bad again and I have followed through with no more stink!

If you are new in the neighborhood and looking for a Plumber, call William DelCampo Mechanical Services, Inc.. As soon as they can, your plumbing issues are addressed in a knowledgeable manner. Solutions are shared, decided upon, and followed through in a professional manner. There are no pressures to spend more money than what is necessary, like the tactics of other large AC/Heating Plumbing Companies.

The services provided by this business are prompt, efficient, relatively inexpensive, and done with utmost care.
Workers are friendly, courteous, and explained the job to be done in detail.
When done, clean-up was more than satisfactory.

Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work. Bill arrived professionally dressed, clean, polite and left my home in the same condition as when he arrived. His pricing was extremely fair to install a new hot water heater. This company installed the original hot water heater over 25 years ago. I gave them a call and was treated professional yet family friendly. I will use this company again.

These folks are prompt, competent, and flexible. I made an appointment to have one leak repaired. While they were here, I asked if they would mind looking at 2 other things and deciding if they could take care of them as well (in the same visit). They readily agreed and took care of all 3. The 2 fellows who came out were very polite and professional. When it was all said and done, I felt as though the charge on the last item was too high. I wrote to the owner and he cheerfully refunded the charge. I am very appreciative.

The service of DelCampo Mechanical Services, Inc. was prompt, professional, their technician was very knowledgeable, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Review: Long delay in service. Was waiting for painter to complete work so plumbing fixtures could be installed. Painter finished first week in June. Repeated calls and emails have gotten little response. We have no working toilet. The only functioning sink is in the basement. Delay in plumbing is delaying carpenter from finishing trim work and preventing me from staying at the house.
