Review: On Aug 17, I ordered $71 worth of posters from this business via their website (mathteacherstore.com). Other orders I placed that day arrived within a week or so. After 2 weeks I began to try to contact the company. Over the past 6 weeks, I have e-mailed the company several different times (to three different contact e-mail addresses I have found on their website). I have also tried to call at least 10 times. The first time (or two), I was able to leave a message. Since late September, I get a message that the recipient's voicemailbox is full and cannot accept any messages. I have not spoken to or heard from via e-mail anyone in this company. They have completely ignored all attempts at contact.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the posters I ordered. If that is not possible, I require a refund to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order with the Math Teacher Store online on July 8, 2012. Their website stated that delivery would be from one to two weeks. After a couple of weeks and no delivery, I have tried to contact them several times using their toll-free number. I keep getting a message stating that they were unable to take my call at this time, leave my name and number and they would get back to me. I have left my name and number three different days and I have yet to receive a call-back. The last call I made to them was today. I have also called at least 25 times, not leaving my contact information, still getting the smae message.Desired Settlement: I would like for my order to be processed and sent to me as soon as possible. If they cannot deliver my order, I would like a refund.

Review: On August 24, 2012, I ordered the software package "Mathematics Testbuilder for Windows" from the wkbradford.com website. My Visa credit card was billed on Sept. 24, 2012. I have yet to receive the software package from them. It has been almost a year now. I have left phone messages on their Customer Service line (they apparently won't let you stay on hold waiting for the next available representative), but they have not returned any of my phone calls.Desired Settlement: Delivery of "Testbuilder for Windows"
