I'm 66 years old and have bought quit a few used cars but I have never been as satisfied as I was with William L. Aurandt Auto Sales. From my initial phone call when I talked to Chris Z[redacted] concerning the vehicle I was interested in , through my visit to the lot and even after the sale I was treated with courtesy and respect. Chris took the time to go over the vehicle with me and point out it's features. He gave me a fair market value for my vehicle and explained the financial choices available.When I opted to use my own credit union he agreed to wait to hear from me and held the vehicle. We kept in contact by phone and my credit was approved. Due to scheduling problems and Labor Day I was unable to return to the dealer for a week. Chris Held the vehicle for me until I could return. The day I picked up the vehicle it was spotless. The paperwork was handled quickly and I was off the lot quickly. After the sale a minor discrepancy was found. I contacted Chris and it was resolved quickly. I will highly recommend William S Aurandt Auto Sales to anyone I know who may be looking for a used vehicle.
