Review: This law firm does not return calls and/or keep clients informed of the court progress. It takes them weeks to get back to us and only after we go to the office did we ever speak with Mr. [redacted]. Paperwork was not filed when it was due and until we requested copies of the filed documents. Inaccurate billing which has yet to be resolved. They submit declarations without first verifying with their client. They are never available even before 3 days prior to a court appearance.Desired Settlement: We have requested that our bill be adjusted since there are some charges that do not belong to us. Charges for paperwork that we did not request appears on our bill and has not been removed. We requested specific documents and got what we had originally filed with them, not the news court orders which we requested in writting. Basically they do not do what they are asked to do.
