William M. Mercer, Inc.

The Mercer company was very hard to work with and misleading. There was a discrepancy in the name on the account and they were very unfair and next to impossible to deal with. First of all, they said that the name change could be made on the phone. then they wanted more information. then they wanted a fax. then came the statement with the drivers license, ss # and something stating who I am. It almost seemed like they were wanting to keep the rollover money, making it impossible to get the retirement account funds. I do not recommend this company to handle any retirement package.
