I have been to several great offices with great staff and great service, who truly care about the patient and their lives, but THIS OFFICE WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE. From the beginning the front desk employees seemed unphased to offer help or to be bothered with patients, their cell phones and talking to each other seemed more important. They some how forgot to call patients back. Then, once you were back there, the assistant was not very friendly. It definitely set me a back at how this establishment is ran so incredibly low and below standard on professionalism. I will never again be returning and I have heard many other negative things regarding this practice and their practices and the way they care or care less of the patients. I should have just steered clear.
