As we have stated before When we left that work site was spotless We took pictures of the site We shared them with our customer Our customer denies the veracity of the photos? We are no longer interested in communicating with the customer If this "complaint" remains unresolved, we understand and accept the consequences

I am rejecting this response because:The company has not cleaned up after their work and the problems that they made were completely preventableThey should not have piled dirt against my white brick home / on top of my shrub They should have covered my door with a tarp to prevent cement splatter onto my door At the very least, they should have apologized and attempted to clean up their error but they did not

We were patient with her beyond the trials of Job It took her over a year just to hire usWe did everything she asked us to do, even if it wasn't in the scope of work Modifications were made at her whim even after she agreed to one thing we would do it and then she would want it
changed It was ridiculousThis story about the bush and dirt came up months after we were done and gone I have photos of the wall and bush they were just fine when we leftWe are absolutely not going to do anything further and we are firing *** *** as a customerIt is the future service provider that should be warned about *** ***

From the time I hired them, they kept me informed of what they were doing and why. There were two bathrooms completely done over, from ceiling to floor; and my washer and dryer were both moved from the basement to the second floor. I couldn't be more satisfied with everything they did. The men that did the work couldn't have been any more like gentlemen and willing to work with us to make us satisfied. It was a pleasure to have picked Wm. Penn Renovation to do this job. Even though they were not the lowest bidder, I'm sure I picked he right one, and will do again whenever I have work to be done. They also were very affordable for all thay did.
