I normally really like the service from this dealership,
However with the recent problems with my 2012 [redacted], I had to rely on them. (I do not know how a car works per say....) However my car died in rush hour traffic recently (Friday at 4:15pm) in the downtown Ottawa core and when I called their service department to ask a question in a bit of a panic, I was transferred 3 or 4 times to voicemail, then on the 5th time (or so) I received the message that the office was closed.
-their emergency towing service was nice, but they indicated that the dealership service dept. was open till 8pm.... it was not.
- unable to arrange a loaner car on the weekend. ([redacted]) (they did though pick me up on Monday afternoon to take me to [redacted] - however I had to make arrangement with my employer to work from home that day)
- unable to take or follow a message asking for a return call... concerning the status of your repair (told them to call my
