Review: TWO BARRELS PICKED UP AT MY APARTMENT TO BE SHIPPED OFF TO KINGSTON JAMAICA WEST INDIES AND WAS NOT SHIPPED. BARRELS WERE PICKED UP ON JUNE [redacted] AND WAS NOT SHIPPED OFF FOR JULY [redacted]. AFTER CALLING THE COMPANY FOR THREE DAYS, THE COMPANY FINALLY TOLD US THE BARRELS WERE STILL IN NEW YORK, AND WAS NOT PUT ON THE CONTAINERS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIT. MINE ALONG WITH 19 OTHER BARELLS.THESE BARRELS WERE FOR MY PARENT FIFTHIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. THIS WAS SO STRESSFUL I HAD TO BE SPENDING EXTRA MONEY IN THE ISLAND THAT I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO DO. I WAS AGGRAVATED AND STRESSED FOR THE WHOLE ELEVEN DAYS IN THE ISLAND, BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY OF CONTACTING ME EITHER IN JAMAICA AT MY PARENTS HOME OR IN NY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. OF WHICH THEY HAD BOTH NUMBERS.Desired Settlement: MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR MONEY SPENT FOR THE SAME EXACT ITEMS IN THE TWO BARRELS, AND STRESS AND AGGRAVATION AFTER FINDING OUT WHAT THEY DID TO ME. FOR STRESS I AM ASKING FOR US$1000.00 AND FOR ITEMS REPLACED IN THE BARRELS US $800.00.

On 6-*-2013 a shipment for Kingston Jamaica was picked up by Williams Caribbean Shipping from [redacted] this shipment was then sent with another shipping company that we co-laod with , they told us they had a shipment leaving in the next couple days. Upon the customer caling to track her barrels we investigated and found out the barrels were still in New York we then informed the customer she told us not to ship them out because she would be returning from Jamaica upon her arrival we returned the barrels to her home with a full refund for the shipment.

This letter shall serve as a complaint against [redacted] Caribbean Shipping and Delivery Services, located at [redacted].

On February __*__, 2015, I engaged the services of William Caribbean Shipping to ship a barrel and commercial bin to [redacted], West Indies. Prior to having the items picked up, I asked [redacted], the [redacted] of the business, if the items would be shipped to [redacted] prior to March **, 2015. [redacted] informed me the normal shipment time to [redacted] is three (3) weeks and he assured me that the items would be delivered before March **. As of today, April **, both the barrel and commercial bin have not arrived at the receiving port in [redacted].

For the past month, I have made repeated calls and visits to William Caribbean Shipping to enquire about the shipment. On these occasions I was informed that the shipment was in a port in [redacted] and then another day in was in [redacted] port. On April *, 2015, I spoke directly to [redacted] and he stated that the shipping container was in [redacted] and my family would receive the items on April *. To my surprise, on April **, I received a call from my sister in [redacted] and she told me that she did not receive any calls from the shipment company based in [redacted]. As a follow up, today, I contacted Williams Caribbean Shipping and the secretary informed me that the shipment is still in transit!

As a paying consumer entrusting and relying on the services of this company, this type of service or lack thereof, is totally appalling and it has caused me nothing but mental frustration and distrust. Based upon the unreliable service and disingenuous assertion by [redacted] and his company, I am seeking a refund in the amount of $180.00 US for shipping fees, as well as waiving the fees for obtaining the barrel and commercial bin upon their arrival in [redacted].

Based upon the foregoing, I would also request that the Revdex.com evaluate Williams Caribbean Shipping and Delivery Services and take into consideration the misrepresentation of its business practice.

Review: I called Williams shipping on 9/**/2015 to pick up a commercial box to be ship to Jamaica West Indies they told me that it will be picked up the next day on 9/**/2015 however that did not happen they show up on Monday 9/** / 2015 Collect $110 Dallor and said they are going for their chally to put the box on . However They have not return for the box and kept my money I try calling the company all day on Monday and they keep telling me they are on there way Williams shipping took my money and did not proform their duty I am now out of &110 and stuck with a box that need to be shipDesired Settlement: I would like Williams to eigher return my money or pick up the box

Review: I BOUGHT SOME GOODS TO SHIP TO THE CARIBBEAN ISLAND OF TRINIDAD THEY LOST THE GOODS AT THEIR WAREHOUSE [redacted] WHO [redacted] THE COMPANY ASK ME TO GET THE PRICE OF THE GOODS WHICH I OBTAIN FROM THE PLACE OF PURCHASE THE RECEIPT SHOWING THE EXACT AMOUNT $277.80 PURCHASE PRICE WHEN I CARRY THE RECEIPT TO [redacted] HE SAID HE DO NOT KNOW WHO TAKE THE GOODS FROM THE WAREHOUSE SO HE CANNOT PAY FOR IT , AS A RESULT THE POLICE WAS CALL AND I WAS ADVICE TO FILE THIS COMPLAIN.Desired Settlement: I JUST WANT THE MONEY THAT I SPENT TO PURCHASE THE GOODS THAT ALL I WANT NOTHING MOORE NOTHING LESS.
