Spoke to [redacted] and told her that Peter W[redacted] thought the repair was done.We told customer we would be there when the weather gets warm to do the repair. It's too cold to fix it now

Review: Purchased a fence to be installed at my address, after repeated no shows by contractor, they finally installed the fence, but middle section is coming apart and falling off supports. contacted them by phone and in person over 15 times through the month of may, they refused to call back, at beginning of June I was contacted by [redacted] ([redacted]) that they would show up 6/*/15. but they never came to repair, tried to contacted them again, and left over 8 voice messages and verbal messages with store clerk, no call back received. was put on schedule for 6/**/15, yet again, no show.each time they claim to put me on schedule, they never show, I have been given excuses that they ran late on another job to they plain forgot, or most recently the weather. but they never re schedule or contact me once they miss the appointment its me that has to call and call or go bye there.Desired Settlement: I want the fence finished and I want to be treated with the respect I deserve, if a appointment gets cancelled, then your office should re schedule, I should not have to chase you down and be rudely treated. Or refund me $325 so I can hire another fence company to repair your installation. If this is not done soon I will be also be filling a case with Dept. of Consumer Affairs, as well as filing a small claims case for the entire amount paid.

Review: William Fence Company installed a fence in my backyard. In doing so they disrupted and damaged 3 sections of the in-ground sprinkler hose, even after informing them of where the sprinkler line was located. When digging it was evident that the sprinkler pipe existed there and they could have dug around the pipe or moved the pipe an inch or two to not disrupt it - minimal effort required to avoid a costly repair and much aggravation. I have contacted the business over 10 times, with the owner [redacted], informing me that it would be fixed timely and within a week. Over a month has gone by and the owner and receptionist, [redacted], now stated that the repair will not be fixed, so I had it fixed on my own. For the money I paid for the fence and the professionalism I provided while giving them the benefit of the doubt to resolve the issue, it was not done, nor did they make an attempt to fix it, after several calls and pools of water in my backyard.Desired Settlement: I provided an itemized copy of a bill that I had to pay for correction of the damaged in-ground sprinkler hose in the amount of $168.37, including tax. The owner, [redacted], has not yet paid for the repair. I am an honest individual and also work in the services business and when you make a mistake, you correct it. This was not done, and the company is acting in an unprofessional manner. Please provide me the credit of the amount listed above.

In response to [redacted] complaint about us damaging his underground sprinkler lines: I'm sending you a copy of the contract that he signed.

Please note that it states ..."Purchaser is solely responsible for underground wiring or sprinkler systems."

I apologize for any expense and inconvenience this has caused but the contract was singed by the customer knowing this.

Although the contract states as such, the fact that Williams Fence agreed to fix the issue, and left me hanging for weeks, indicating that it would be fixed is unprofessional. As a result, I disagree with their response. Additionally, they lost additional business from neighbors or stopped their installation from this company due to the issue that I faced.
